The group was gathered at the coach station, visiting Jay's stepmom in California.

Adam returned to the table with a sizable chili dog, prompting a collective shudder from the group. "What?" Adam inquired.

Observing the hotdog's enormity, Kim remarked, "You're going to be sick. Don't expect me to clean up after you've expelled the contents from both ends." Kim remarked.

The group smirked and averted their gazes.

Adam bit into the chili dog, and ketchup splattered all over Jay's new shirt.

"Ugh, I just had this new on, Adam!" Jay groaned.

Cassie snapped a photo of the mishap and smirked.

"Haha, good one, Uncle Adam!" Cassie laughed.

Erin grabbed some paper towels and dabbed at the sauce on Jay's shirt.

"It looks like you've been shot..." Erin murmured.

Adam set his hotdog down and groaned.

"Ugh, you've put me off the hotdog now!" Adam sighed.

Erin gave Kim a wink, and Kim smirked back.

"I've done the best I can to get it out..." Erin murmured.

Jay let out a sigh and continued eating his sandwich.

The group quickly finished their meals and boarded the coach.

Jay dozed off on Erin's shoulder while she enjoyed her music.

Their tranquility was soon shattered by Ashlyn and Cassie's quarrel.

"Give it to me!" demanded Cassie.

Ashlyn refused, gripping the toy truck tightly.

"Girls, Dad's trying to sleep. Quiet down. Cassie, the toy truck belongs to Ashlyn. Why don't you listen to your music or study for your exams?" Erin proposed.

Ashlyn beamed and continued playing with her truck, and Cassie turned to her music.

The coach arrived at the California station, and the passengers disembarked. Jay was in agony, clutching his stomach.

"Ugh!" He groaned.

The group exited the coach, with Erin by Jay's side, offering comfort.

"It's probably just a stitch, babe. Try to walk it off..." she whispered.

Jay attempted to walk, but the pain intensified, and he cried out.

"I can't! It hurts too much!" Jay cried out.

The unit turned to Jay as Kim spotted a taxi.

"HEY! WHERE'S THE NEAREST HOSPITAL?" Kim yelled.

The driver glanced over and responded.

"ST. SINAI. IT'S A FIVE-MINUTE WALK!" He yelled back.

Kim nodded at Jay.

"Jay? Buddy? Let's get you to a hospital. They'll take care of you," Kim murmured.

Jay clutched Kim's hand, and she embraced him.

"I'll catch up with you at the hotel! I've got him, Erin!" Kim assured.

Erin and the unit acknowledged with nods and dispersed.

Kim opened the door, Jay entered with care, and Kim followed swiftly.

She shut the door as Jay rested his head in her lap.

"As fast as you can, please!" Kim urged.

The driver acknowledged and accelerated.
