The unit was on route to Ireland, where Jay's parents originally lived.

Erin and Jay were seated side by side when Jay began to experience stomach cramps.

"Ouch..." Jay groaned.

Erin removed her earphones and turned to look at her husband.

"Babe? What's going on?" Erin inquired.

Jay groaned and doubled over in pain.

"My stomach... it's hurting so much," Jay exclaimed in distress.

Erin placed her earphones back in their rightful spot and turned to look at her pale husband.

"It's okay. We're almost at the airport," Erin reassured.

Jay nodded and took a deep breath.

"Is he okay?" Kim inquired.

Erin sighed, and looked at her best friend.

"I think he's having some tummy issues," Erin replied.

Kim nodded, maintaining a vigilant watch over her brother.

Shortly, the coach pulled up at the airport, and the entire team disembarked.

Jay's soft, painful groans echoed through the coach as he disembarked.

"Ouch!" Jay winced.

Erin took Jay's hand and softly brushed his hair back.

"Come on, babe. Once we get to the hotel, you'll be able to have some sleep," Erin said with a smile.

The entire unit was walking toward the hotel coach when Jay halted mid-way and almost collapsed.

"No, no! I can't..." Jay sobbed.

Erin sighed and placed her hand on Jay's forehead.

"He's burning up," Erin muttered softly.

The entire group let out a collective sigh, and it was at that moment Antonio spotted a taxi.

"TAXI!" he shouted.

The taxi came to a halt, and Antonio approached.

"Where's the nearest hospital?" inquired Antonio.

"St. Sinai! It's quicker to walk!"  responded the driver.

"But my friend is in a lot of pain; he can barely walk..." Antonio replied.

Antonio nodded and approached his best mate.

"Jay? Buddy? The nearest hospital is St. Sinai. Can you walk, or are you in too much pain?" Antonio explained.

Jay looked up, and cried.

"I feel dizzy and my stomach hurts," Jay said abruptly, seeking an opinion.

Antonio nodded, gently taking Jay into his arms from Erin.

"Come on, let's get you to a hospital," he whispered.

Jay grasped Antonio's hand and climbed into the back.

"We'll meet you back at the hotel," Antonio called out.

The team nodded, observing as Jay settled comfortably into Antonio's welcoming arms.

The taxi driver closed the door, and returned to the driver's seat.

"In the glovebox, there's a sick bag, just in case your friend needs it," the driver cautioned.

Antonio nodded and held Jay close.

The group quickly reached the hotel, where everyone enjoyed some drinks in Kim and Adam's room.

Erin perched on the bed, gazing at her phone.

"He'll be fine, Erin. Antonio's got him," Kim said, nodding reassuringly.

Erin glanced upward and offered a smile.

"Yes, just a bit worried..." she whispered softly.

Kim gave a gentle smile and gave Erin's shoulder a reassuring squeeze.

In the hospital, Jay was dressed in a gown, undergoing a check-up. Antonio looked on while the doctor examined Jay's tender abdomen.

The doctor readjusted Jay's gown and removed her gloves.

"Is he going to be alright?" Antonio asked.

Kellie nodded, giving Antonio a reassuring glance.

"Yes, he's fine. It's just a grumbling appendix. Ensure your friend takes these; they should alleviate any cramps, should they occur," Kellie instructed.

Antonio nodded, and Kellie carefully hung up a bag of fluids.

"Once this bag is empty, you can take your friend home," Kellie said with a smile.

Antonio nodded again, observing Jay as he slowly blinked.

"I'll go get the discharge papers all sorted out!" Kellie offered cheerfully.

After Kellie had left, Jay closed his eyes and fell asleep.

Antonio took out his cell phone and texted Erin: "He's alright! He had a grumbling appendix. Once Jay's IV bag is done, we'll head to the hotel." Antonio messaged.

Erin quickly received the message and turned to the team.

"Jay has a grumbling appendix. He needs to finish his IV bag, and then he and Antonio will be heading back here," Erin explained.

The team cheered and began changing into their evening attire.

Kim slipped into her dress and saw Erin wasn't preparing to go.

"Aren't you coming?" Kim inquired.

"No, I want to be here when Jay returns. I don't want to leave him alone..." Erin replied.

Kim nodded and turned to her husband.

"Could you zip me up, babe?" Kim requested.

Adam responded with a nod and secured the zipper on his wife's dress.

"Are you sure you don't want to come? We'll be getting drunk," Adam said with a smirk.

Erin shook her head and laughed.

"No, I want to stay here. Antonio and Jay will be here soon," she nodded in confirmation.

The unit members all nodded and bid their farewells.

Jay quickly came to and realized he was still in the hospital.

"Hey! Ready to go?" Antonio inquired.

With a groan, Jay rubbed his eyes.

Antonio walked over and gently helped a dizzy Jay to sit up.

"The guys have gone out to get drunk. Erin's still at the hotel," Antonio replied.

Jay nodded in agreement, and Antonio passed him his jeans and shirt.

Later, Antonio and Jay reached the hotel, with Jay fast asleep in Erin's arms.

"Thank you for taking him and bringing him back, Antonio," Erin said with a smile.

Antonio nodded and gently kissed both Erin and Jay on the head.

"I'll leave you two alone," Antonio offered.

After Erin bid farewell, Antonio departed.

Erin leant against the headboard, and continued having a sleeping Jay in her arms.
