The unit were at the district, anxiously waiting for news about the adoption.
Jay was pacing the halls, hoping everything was going to plan.
"I-I've signed the paperwork, I've made sure the apartment was child safe. What's left to do?" Jay asked himself.
Hank walked up to his foster son, and comforted him.
"Kid. If they don't think your a good, funny, caring father. Their talking out of their asses. Your the best dad these kids need!" Hank explained.
Jay smiled, and heard the child worker call him.
"Jason Halstead?" Leanne called.
Jay sniffled, and walked over.
"I'm Jason Halstead..." Jay confirmed.
Leanne smiled, and handed Jay the certificate.
Jay opened the letter, and pulled the certificate out.

"So? What's it say?!" Kim asked.
Jay looked at the unit, and sniffled.
"I-I'm adopting Cassie and Ashlyn..." Jay sniffled.
The unit squealed, and cheered.
"OH. MY. GOD!!" Kevin shouted.
The unit all ran over, and Adam picked Jay off his feet.
"Wanna see your kids?" Leanne asked.
Jay nodded, and sniffled.
"Come here. Sweeties" Leanne called.
Cassie walked upstairs, holding Ashlyn in her arms.
"Hi Kiddo's!" Jay smiled.
Cassie dropped her luggage, and smiled.
"Does this mean? We call you daddy?" Cassie asked.
Jay smiled, and confirmed.
"YAYYYY!" Cassie yelled.
Cassie threw herself into Jay's arms, knocking him onto the floor.
"Woah!" Jay called.
Cassie giggled, and Ashlyn let out a gurgle.
"WATERFIGHT!" Adam yelled.
Cassie grabbed Erin's hand, and ran into the breakroom.
"OUTSIDE! OUTSIDE!" Hank shouted.
Jay ran downstairs as quick as he could.
"Where's Jay?!" Erin asked.
Leanne laughed, and pointed to the downstairs.
"Let's get him!" Erin looked at Cassie.
Cassie giggled, and ran downstairs.
