Jay had caught the scene first, and was waiting for the unit to arrived.

The unit soon arrived, and Erin walked up to Jay first.

"Hey! You caught the case...?" Erin wondered.

Jay looked at Erin, and nodded.

"Yeah! I was bored at the apartment..." Jay lied.

Erin nodded, and Jay went to walk away.

"Wait! Your bleeding..." Erin pointed out.

Jay stopped, and was confused.

"What...?" Jay asked.

"Yeah. under your chin..." Erin replied.

Jay touched the small wound, and noticed the spec of blood.

"Oh. Probably got bitten or something? I'll go clean myself up..." Jay suggested.

Erin nodded, and smiled.

"Where's Halstead off to?" Hank asked.

Erin knew Jay hadn't been bitten, because she found some blood on the razor blade.

"Oh...? Umm. He has a cut, he's going to get cleaned up..." Erin replied.

The unit nodded, and Erin was glad no one kept the subject.

Hank walked over, and gave orders out to his unit.

"We got a murder on our hands. Let's get to work!" Hank ordered.

The unit all walked off in different directions, and Jay walked up to Hank.

"Where did you put Roy's body?" Jay asked.

Hank looked at his younger detective, and replied.

"Somewhere. He can't be found..." Hank reassured.

Jay sighed, he wished he wasn't messed up in this.

"I don't want this to fall back in our laps..." Jay sighed.

Hank put his arms on Jay's shoulders, and looked in his eyes.

"Halstead. Roy is dead. He can't hurt us. Get over it. I have.." Hank responded.

Hank walked off. Leaving a confused Jay in the distance.

Soon. The unit arrived back at the bullpen, and were chasing leads.

Jay was sitting at his desk, looking at different types of files.

"Hey! How you holding up?" Erin wondered.

Jay looked up, and sighed.

"I don't like kid cases, but you deal with it. Right?" Jay shrugged.

Erin nodded, and rubbed Jay's back.

"Yeah. I'm here if you need me..." Erin reassured.

Jay shared a kiss with Erin, and smiled.

Later on. Erin was driving towards the apartment, when someone stopped her.

"Huh...?" Erin whispered.

Erin pulled to a stop, and rolled down her window.

"Can I help you?" Erin asked.

North nodded, and gave directions.

"Follow me toward 6th. I got something to show you..." North instructed.

Erin watched as North got back into his truck, and led the way.

After a few minutes. Erin and North arrived at the burial site.

Roy's body was in view, and it was now a skeleton.

"Your boyfriend's DNA was found on the gun, which killed Roy. As well as your boss's..." North started.

Erin looked at North, with a confused face.

"So?" Erin questioned.

"We're coming down on your boyfriend and your boss. Hard. Make sure they know that the FBI is looking for them. We don't want this to turn ugly, than it already is..." North explained.

Erin was getting a bad feeling, and she wasn't happy.

"Thanks. I'll let them know..." Erin nodded.

Erin took one look at the body, and walked back to her truck.

After Awhile. Erin arrived back at the apartment, and went upstairs.

Jay was lying on the bed, drinking some wine.

"Borrow you for a sec?" Erin asked.

Jay nodded, and got up.

Erin guided Jay towards the bathroom, and turned the shower on.

"Okay...? What's going on?" Jay asked.

Erin locked the door, and held Jay's hands.

"Jay. The FBI is coming after you and Hank..." Erin whispered.

Jay looked closely at Erin, wondering if she's telling the truth.

"W-What...?" Jay whispered.

Erin nodded, and looked closely.

"Now's. The time to tell me what really happened..." Erin explained.

Jay sighed, he didn't wanna tell anyone anything.

"I'm gonna be fine. Your gonna be fine. We'll beat this..." Jay promised.

Erin sighed, and hugged Jay close.

"I don't want you to go to jail..." Erin sniffled.

Jay held Erin close to his chest, and held her.

"I'm not going anywhere, baby..." Jay soothed.

Erin and Jay stood in the shower, letting the water pour over them.
