Josh POV
I sit across from Colleen holding her hand as we talk amongst her family in the limo. She squeezes my hand. I pat the seat beside me and she moves over slowly to sit beside me. "So proud of you babe" I say. "Thanks sweetheart. Hope it goes well" she says. "It will" I say as I lean in to kiss her. She nods and leans against me. We finally arrive at the party. I get out of the limo first as fans scream. I smile and reach my hand back in for Colleen. None of our fans know we are pregnant so her bump will be the announcement. Colleen grabs my hand and as she slowly comes out fans are going crazy. She waves at them and stands up. "Oh my god Joshleen is pregnant!" I hear one of the fans say causing major screaming. Colleen rubs her belly and smiles as I wrap my arm around her smiling kissing her cheek. We wait for the rest of her family to come out of the limo as Colleen and I have our picture taken a million times. We make our way down the red carpet. We get interviewed a few times as we walk along. Colleen is ecstatic. She is in a life moment. Finally the last reporter pulls us aside. "So I guess congratulations are to be made" the reporter says nodding towards Colleens belly. "Thank you we are so excited" Colleen says smiling. "Joshua whats new for you in the next year ?" The reporter asks. "Being a dad. I have waited for this role for a long time" I say tearing up as Colleen smiles looking at me and squeezing my hand tight. We follow along into the theatre and the Master of Ceremonies gets up and starts addressing the crowd. "Can you come up with me please Josh? I don't feel good" Colleen whispers. "Hungry?" I ask her concerned. "Nerves babe" she says smiling. "You calm me babe" she adds. They finally call her up and I escort her up to the stage before the first show episode airs. She walks up to the mike stand and I go to let go of her hand to stand behind her but she grabs me tight and brings me beside her. She smiles as the clapping fades and begins to speak. "Good evening everyone. Tonight seems so surreal. It is something I have strived for my entire adult life. I worked hard and had lots of help and encouragement. My family are my life especially my husband Joshua. Without all of them I would not have believed in myself enough" she says tearing up. "So I would like to dedicate this night to them. The people I love and who love me unconditionally. Thank you so much and I hope you enjoy the episode" she says. We go to sit back down to watch the show. I have not seen any of it. I wanted to see it first tonight like everyone else.
The show ends and I am in awe. It was sooo hilarious and smart. The actors she chose fit the characters perfectly. The lights come back on and people are giving her a standing ovation, including myself. She is in tears. I help her stand up as she waves to the crowd acknowledging them. I hug her. "Soo amazing baby" I say to her. She kisses my cheek and we make our way out of the theatre to the reception.
