Colleen POV
"Feeling better" I say as I sit up. "Josh you should have been a doctor. You are too cute" I say smiling. "Colleen you need to remember your meds babe please" he says not cracking a smile. "Joshua all morning I have been busy. I have been making sure the doctor faxed over all my charts to the new doctor in NYC, had a meeting with the studio here and there to line up meetings and....well packing. I forgot" I say standing up angry. "I am sorry babe but I love you" he says as I walk down the hall. I stop and turn quickly around and look down at Josh still on the floor. "Joshua this is all new to me. This diabetes thing. I am doing my best" I say tearing up and walking away from him. Wow I am way too emotional. I stand in the kitchen leaning against the counter just breathing. What am I doing? My train of thought is not being rational. I have to take care of myself because my child is depending on it I have no time to "get use to it". I feel arms wrap around me as he kisses my neck. "Sorry babe" he whispers. "No you are right Josh. I need to do this. I honestly forget I have diabetes sometimes" I say spinning to hug him. "I Love you" I say kissing his neck. "Love you more sweetheart" he says holding my face. I smile and we give each other a quick peck on the lips and I walk towards my room to continue packing when my phone rings. "Hey Brenda"I say noticing the caller ID. "Hi Colleen I have the apartment booked for the next 6 weeks. I emailed you the address. It is one block from your work and your doctors are two blocks away. They have been given your address and phone number as well as the studio is paying them for house visits for you if you need it for you or your family" she says. "Thank you. Josh and I will feel so much better knowing we have assistance if we need to" I say. We talk a little longer and I hang up and continue folding. "Who was that?' Josh asks as he walks in with a clean basket of clothes. "Brenda giving me info on the apartment and doctors etc" I say. "Ok great. You excited?" he asks smiling. "We get to bring our daughter to the place we first met" he says as he kneels on the ground and kisses me. "You are such a softy babe" I say giggling at him. "I need to pee" I say standing up and walking to the washroom. I sit down and notice I am spotting. "Joshua!" I yell crying. I am loosing the baby is my first thought.
