Colleen POV
Josh and I are mingling. I am meeting all kinds of fantastic people. They are throwing me business cards left and right. I am so excited. I have made a name for myself after 10 plus years in the business. "Lots of business cards?" Josh says smiling. I nod. "Colleen it was really really good baby" he says. I smile and cuddle into him. "Need some food" I say rubbing my belly. "Lets go sweetheart" Josh says as he leads the way to the food area. Josh throws together a plate as I get interrupted with more business cards and small talk. He walks back over to me and rescues me as we make our way outside to the patio area. I start munching away feeling better by the second. "I feel better. I was getting weak" I say to Josh. "Its a big night babe. I will watch over you" he says grabbing my free hand. I finally finish and stand up to go back in and mingle. "Joshua" I say as he stops. "Wait" I say holding onto him. "Whats wrong babe?" He asks. "Nothing just weak" I say closing my eyes. He pulls me into him and holds me tight. "Deep breaths babe" he says rubbing my back as my face nuzzles into his neck. I grab onto his jacket. "You look so good" I say smiling. "I am married. Please don't touch the merchandise" he says making me giggle. I put my hands up like I got caught red handed laughing more. "You guys cant keep your hands off each other" Rachel says as she approaches us. "Ya ya" Josh says. "Colleen it was so great" she says. "Thanks" I say hugging Rachel. I feel my legs weaken and I start sliding down her but she catches me as Josh quickly helps. He takes over for her as her hand is still on my back. "Holy shit Colleen" Josh says rubbing my belly. "Im good now" I say. "You need to rest babe" he says. "I will tomorrow. Just stay by me" I say. He knows not to argue. We walk around the rest of the evening until I have to go home. "Time to go" I say to Josh. He nods and we walk out to the limo with all of our family.
I slide into the car and sit on Josh's lap. "Feeling ok?" He whispers to me. "No" I say as I hug him tight. "Almost home babe" he says as he takes my heels off. We finally get home and Josh bring me into the house and sits me on our bed. He unzips my dress and takes my bra off and slides on a huge T-shirt. I stand up and the rest of the dress drops to the floor. I shuffle over to the bathroom and brush my teeth but have to sit on the edge of the tub. I finish up and climb into bed with Josh right behind me. He turns off the lights and hugs me. "How are my babies?" He asks rubbing my bare belly. "So happy to be in bed" I say as I find his face in the dark and kiss him. He is always such a worrier my man. I feel like I have everything I want in my life.
