Josh POV
Colleen is getting bigger and bigger. She is 32 weeks now and we are so close to the end of pregnancy and the beginning to the lives of us being parents. Colleen got another contract for the second year of her Tv show as the ratings were through the roof. She was working really hard the last couple weeks at the studio and with the writers so that she can have a few weeks off before the baby is born and then a few months afterwards. I was definitely worried about her and we have had many arguments about her taking it easy. She is super stubborn. I tried calling her and texting her today but she didn't answer or respond. I am getting really upset. I close my laptop and decide to drive over to visit her at the studio. I jump in my car and make my way over with a Starbucks for her. I walk through security with my pass and start scanning the rooms as I walk down the hall looking for her. Finally I see her sitting with her back facing me with her feet up with headphones on while typing in her computer. I grab her shoulders and she jumps. "Joshua! You scared me!!!" she says holding her chest. I start to laugh and kiss her neck. "Sorry...I am surprising you" I say. "You did" she says turning around back to face her laptop. "Why are you here?" she asks. "Want to bring my wife to lunch" I say smiling. "I can't Josh. I have so much more to write. I have a meeting in 2 hours as well" she says. I grab her hands and stop her from typing. "Colleen you need to eat" I say. "I will" she says. "Please babe" I say begging her. "I got it" she says. "Colleen I never see you" I say. "Josh I am trying to write a show here. Do you know how difficult that is? " she asks. I shake my head no. I am super upset and she can tell. "I just want to take care of you and my baby girl" I say. "Josh she is here safe with me. I got her" she says sternly. "So you don't need me?" I ask tearing up. "Joshua no that is not what I am saying at all" she says getting mad. "Forget that I came here then. Let me know when I can see you" I say as I get up and storm out. Colleen just stares at me. She has never seen me this upset. I walk down the hall towards the entrance and to my car. I get in my car and cry. I want my wife back. I need Colleen. As I gather myself together I make my way to get some food and go home. I sit and just over think everything.
A few hours later I hear the front door open. I see Colleen walk in as I open my eyes from my nap on the couch. I look at my phone and see its 7:37pm. "Joshua" she says looking at me. "I am so sorry babe. I was so bitchy" she says crying. I get up and hug her tight. "Its ok sweetheart. You are working too hard though. Your stress level babe" I say. "I know. I haven't eaten anything but a cookie just now" she says. "I feel so gross" she says as I walk her over to the couch. I sit her down and rub her belly as she smiles. I run back to the kitchen and throw together something for her to eat. I slice up some chicken and and mix it with some rice and heat it up. I look back at her as I am doing that and she is taking her blood sugar. "What is it?" I ask her. She looks at me scared. "22" she says. "Colleen!!! Lets go!" I say as I help her up and back out to the car. Hospital bound.
