Colleen POV
An hour later I am absolutely dying. "Joshua....holy shit" I am screaming as I grab onto him standing in our bathroom. "Babe you got this" he says not knowing what to say. I hug him and he kisses my neck. "Feels like my vagina is being ripped out of my body" I scream. Katie smiles at me. "Colleen want a heating pad?" she asks pressing onto my back. I nod as Josh walks me over to our bed. I am balling my eyes out. I stare at Josh's face and he warms my heart. He has tears in his eyes. "Josh you can't cry. Only one of us at a time" I say smiling. "Hate seeing you like this" he says wiping his face. Katie places it on my lower back as Josh holds it there. "Come here" I say to him quietly. He leans in and I kiss him. "You look so cute" I say. I start getting another one. I start panting and screaming. "This is way worse than with Lily" I say. Josh nods. Katie and Tara leave the room. "Josh go eat something babe. Its midnight" I say wanting him to leave the room. "Dont want to leave you babe" he says. "I need a minute to myself" I say. "Please" I say. He nods and gets up and walks out. I bury my head into the pillow and scream and sob. I feel like such a baby but I am literally breaking. A few minutes later Josh comes back with toast. "You need to eat too" he says passing me some. "I am good babe. Kinda busy" I say laughing until I can't stand it anymore. Instantly I feel water rush everywhere. "Water just broke" I say. "Get the girls" I say. Josh runs out of the room and they come running back in. Katie checks me. "Okay Colleen you are almost there. You are at a 9" she says. I nod and roll over screaming. "Come on Noah give your mom a break" I say as I breathe hard. I start panting and look at Katie. "Katie something is happening" I say scared. "Like?' she asks. "Check me please" I say. "Its ok Colleen you are bleeding a bit" she says. "Baby" Josh says grabbing my hand. "Josh I can't keep my eyes open babe" I say fighting. Instantly I hear nothing and feel nothing. I come back to a second later. Josh is down right crying. "Josh she is ok and so is Noah" Katie says smiling. "She just passed out and the bleeding means Noah is coming" Katie says grabbing his hand. He is shaking. "Katie, Tara give us a quick minute ok?" I ask as they run out of the room. "Joshua I am having a baby sweetheart. Please calm down. Be strong for me ok?" I ask gripping his hand. He nods and kisses me. "Katie!!!!!!!" I yell. "Check me!!" I yell. "Go ahead push Colleen" Katie says. Josh lifts me up and I bear down. I gasp and do it again. "Good job Colleen keep going" Katie says. I continue on with Josh supporting me. "Colleen he is a big boy" Katie says. "Can I help?" She asks me. I nod and she reaches inside me and helps guide him out. "Oh my god Joshua!!! I can't do it" I scream full on tears. "Josh here comes your son. His head is out" Katie says smiling. He looks down and then looks at me. "He looks like me. You can do it babe" he says sobbing. "One more push Colleen go!" Katie says. I push huge and feel Noah escape out of me as I flop down gasping for air. I feel Tara start working on me as Katie passes Noah to Josh. "Baby he is beautiful" Josh says showing me his little face. I start to cry and close my eyes. My mini Joshua.
