Jino occasionally glanced at Macy's room where the editor-in-chief was working, while Ken seemed to be helping Marcus -perhaps with his assignment. It was a sight so rarely seen – even before the divorce.

"Senior..." Jino said to Gil.

Gil just mumbled softly. "Yes?"

"Is it okay?"

Gil raised his head to look at Jino who was sitting next to him. "What do you mean?"

Jino then gestured to look at Macy's room. Gil turned his head and was slightly stunned. Just like what Jino felt. Well, several other editors who saw it also felt the same way.

They may have seen Macy and Ken in the same room, but only to talk about work. Never for domestic things like what is happening at the moment. Gil is back at work. He didn't want to interfere in the personal life of his editor-in-chief.

"What's wrong?" he said.

Jino slightly frowned at Gil's reaction. But Jino can understand why Gil is behaving like that. And maybe he didn't have to question either. "Oh. No, just... it's none of our business, is it?"

Gil smiled faintly. "That is the personal life of the Editor-in-Chief, Jino. Even though this is St. Haven, what happens in that room is the Editor-in-Chief's private realm."

"Okay, I understand. But still, what happened in that room, wasn't something we'd seen before. Even during their marriage."

Well, to that Gil agreed.

"Back to your draft, Jino."

Jino snorted then he went back to his desk when he saw Andrew appear from behind the corridor. "Oh... Writer Coangco?"

Gil turned and immediately stood up when he saw the figure of Andrew Coangco. The writer smiled and raised his hand to just say hello. He approached the two editors.

"Did I forget to schedule a meeting with you today?" Gil asked, a little panicked.

It made Andrew laugh. Whenever he came to the publishing office unannounced, all the editors would react the same way. As if Andrew will come only if there is a meeting.

"Take it easy. I only came to visit after the hospital," said Andrew.

Gil breathed a sigh of relief. "Oh. Then how is Agent Lee's condition? I haven't even had time to come to see him yet."

"He is fine. Maybe this weekend I can go home," said Andrew as he tried to find an opening to steal glances at Macy's room. And what Andrew saw, slightly surprised him. "Oh..."

Gil saw the writer's expression. "Would you like to see Editor Cruz?"

"Uh? But it looks like Editor Cruz is busy. I just..." Andrew didn't continue his words. He smiled at Gil and Jino who were staring at him intently. "I just stopped by. I'll go first..."

"B-but Writer Coangco..."

Andrew just patted Gil's arm then walked away. Gil turns to Jino to restrain the writer, while he tells Macy. Jino then chased after the writer who walked towards the elevator.

Gil knocked on Macy's door and opened it slightly. "Excuse me ma'am..."

"Yes, Gil?" Macy said from behind her desk.

"Writer Coangco came. But he just left, because he thought you were busy," Gil said.

Macy suddenly stood up and walked over to Gil who was just standing in the doorway. Ken watched silently.

"Jino is trying to hold him in. Maybe he is still in front of the elevator," Gil added.

Macy mumbled her thanks and rushed to the elevator, before Andrew could actually leave. Gil only saw his editor-in-chief half running down the hall. Then he realized that Ken was still watching him closely.

"Sorry to bother you, Writer Reyes."

Then Gil closed the door slowly.

Macy took a deep breath slowly. She glanced at Andrew who was standing next to her. They were in the elevator which was taking them to the lobby floor.

Luckily enough, she was still able to meet Andrew, the man stubbornly forced her to leave. After telling Jino to return to his desk, Macy pressed the elevator button and when the door opened, she pushed Andrew inside.

"You're not talking," said Macy.

Andrew sighed. "Because there's nothing to talk about. I just stopped by and saw that you're busy."

Macy's brow furrowed. This might be her second experience of being in a relationship, but she could tell when a man was jealous.

"Is it because of Ken?"

Andrew snorted at Macy's question. But it makes sense. And he won't be able to find an excuse. It seemed so pitiful when he was jealous but still tried to cover it up.

Before Andrew could speak, the elevator door opened on the lobby floor. He walked out first. Macy followed behind. Some of the staff of St. Haven who saw them bowed slightly in greeting. If Andrew seems to ignore it, Macy responds to the greeting with a smile.

"Writer Coangco..." Macy said. Heck, they're still in St. Haven. "If you want to talk, we can talk at..." Oh, she can't even suggest a café across from St. Haven to where they spoke due to the current situation.

Macy bumped into the man's back because she was too busy with her own thoughts to notice that the writer stopped right in the middle of the lobby of St. Haven. Macy moaned softly and rubbed her nose.

Then Andrew turned to look at the woman. Hell, he wanted to kiss her right here. Even if Macy will hate him after that.

"Writer Coangco..."

Andrew took a deep breath. By bringing his face closer to Macy, he whispered so that no one could hear except Macy. "I could kiss you, right here. Right now."

The Editor's eyes widened and took a step back. Andrew smiled slightly at his lover's reaction. He then straightened himself. "Well, I'm not really that crazy."

"Writer Coangco..."

"We can talk later. Besides, people are watching. Okay?" said Andrew who was still keeping his voice so that no one could eavesdrop on their current conversation.

Macy looked around them. She nodded slightly.
