Macy's body stiffened. She pulled her face and looked at Andrew with fear. Someone saw them kissing. If she heard the voice correctly, it was David. She looked at Andrew closely.
Andrew, who was still holding Macy tightly, glanced slightly at the door where David was still standing with a surprised expression. Shit! He was a little careless. But this is an unexpected thing, because before that David said that he would not come to the studio because he was taking care of something.
Again, Andrew looked at Macy. He nodded slightly. "It's okay. Let me take care of it. And don't look back, okay?" he whispered.
Macy was about to protest, but Andrew kissed her forehead before releasing his embrace and walking towards David. She remained standing where she was, her body was shaking slightly.
She didn't dare to look back.
Andrew took a breath. "Go to the apartment. I'll be following in fifteen minutes."
"B-but Andrew..."
"Please, David. I will give an explanation, but not here," said Andrew.
David slightly glanced at the woman who didn't move from her position at all. The woman that his cousin kissed. He then looked back at Andrew and sighed. If he insisted this time, it would only irritate Andrew.
"Fine. But I want a full explanation." David glanced again at the back of the woman in the middle of the room before he left the studio.
Andrew waited for his agent to come down the stairs before he closed the studio door and went back to Macy. He touched the woman's shoulder and felt that the body was stiff.
"David is gone," he said.
Slowly, Macy turned around and took a deep breath. But it was only a momentary relief.
She-perhaps more precisely Andrew should think about what explanation he should give to his cousin.
Shit, Macy should have been more able to restrain herself. How could she forget that the studio is a public place? Anyone can enter the studio.
"Andrew, I-I..."
Andrew touched her shoulder. "Relax, David didn't realize it was you."
"That's not possible. He must have noticed. Even my car was parked outside. David..."
Andrew shook his head. It made Macy speechless. "Macy, listen carefully. He didn't know the woman I kissed was you. I'll say something about 'that girl'. After all he only saw your back."
"But Andrew..."
"David will come to my apartment, because we will need a slightly private location. So, you should probably have dinner out. I'll tell you when he comes home. You certainly don't want to run into him in the basement, do you?"
Macy didn't say anything. She just nodded. Andrew smiled slightly then kissed the woman's forehead again before hugging her tightly. Oh, he will not easily let this woman go. Doesn't matter what David will say.
Or even the world, even once.

Andrew just sighed when he saw his cousin was already in the living room of his apartment. The writer went to the kitchen to get a drink. When opening the refrigerator, he was silent for a moment. He was choosing between cola or beer.
"Get me another beer, Andrew," said David from the living room.
Andrew took a deep breath and took two cans of beer before closing the refrigerator and returning to the living room. He gave one can to David then sat on the sofa while opening the
beer can in his hand.
"What do you want to ask?"
David looked at him with annoyance. After the man kicked him out of the studio, now he looks so arrogant. He snorted. "Shouldn't you be the one explaining what happened in the studio earlier to me?"
Andrew rolled his eyes. "I kissed a woman."
"Well spotted. Who's the girl?"
"None of your business."
One of David's eyebrows rose. "Really?"
"David..."
David shook his head. "Fine. If you don't want to tell me who that woman is, but I should at least remind you what happens if this gets out, right? Especially with all your extreme fans."
"Certain. I'm not stupid, David. Why do you think I didn't tell you who that woman was?"
David took a sip of his beer. "Then does she know who you really are?"
Andrew just nodded. He stared at the open beer can in his hand. Still have no intention of getting drunk. What's more when David is currently interrogating him. Andrew doesn't believe his own mouth when he's drunk.
"Including your asexuality?"
"Including that."
David's eyes widened. "Is that true? You told her about that?"
"Of course. Did you think I would kiss her without saying anything to her?"
"Well, you often kiss the strangers you meet at the club without telling them about your sexuality. But if you tell her..." David becomes silent for a moment. "Andrew, how many times have you kissed her?"
Andrew glared. He placed the full beer can on the coffee table. "Several times."
"Are you serious with this woman? I mean... really serious with this woman. Because you said you've kissed her a couple times. Not just some... you know."
Andrew sighed. "I do not know. I like this woman, but there are a lot of things that make it complicated. I... just really, really like this woman."
David watched his cousin closely. Well, he could see it clearly. How Andrew tried to protect the woman in the studio earlier. And now.
"Why? Is she a married woman?"
Andrew smiled faintly. "She's divorced. But she has a child."
"What is it that makes it complicated? She has a child. Then?"
"I told you there was a lot, didn't I? The child is just one of them. Although I'm not too worried about that. I think her son likes me quite a bit."
"Is that true? A child can accept... well, his mother's future lover?"
Andrew smirked when David mentioned a potential lover. He himself did not know whether this status could be achieved. Macy's lover. That sounds absolutely impossible. "Well... the child is only six years old."
David snorted, but he couldn't hide his grin. "Lucky bastard..."
