"You guys really are a sad couple," said David.

Andrew could not reply to the argument. Because it's true. After going to St. Haven, the two of them returned to the apartment – because he didn't have anything to do in the studio. Along the way, he talked about his argument with Macy two days ago and today to his cousin.

At first, David only listened to the man's whole story. He needed to understand the point of the problem before commenting. And after almost two hours of listening, he was able to come to a conclusion. Andrew and Macy are a sad couple.

Andrew took a deep breath. He walked into the kitchen to get two cans of beer from the fridge.

David himself was already lying on the sofa. He felt so tired walking around Manila, because the writer didn't want to be cooped up in the studio.

Andrew returned to the living room, put one can for David on the coffee table and opened another one for him. While sipping the beer, he sat on the other sofa. David looked at his face.

The man looked tired. Heck, David didn't even notice for the past two days.

"Do you want to hear my opinion?" asked the agent.

Andrew glanced at his cousin then shrugged. After all, in the end, the man will express his opinion without having to ask permission.

"Alright, I think you guys are trying too hard in your relationship. I mean, you always try to be there for Macy. Always trying to meet her needs and worrying too much about her. It's not bad, but isn't that a bit of an exaggeration? Your official relationship hasn't even been a month, has it?"

Andrew was silent for a moment. Who knows? He didn't count the days. Is it a must?

The agent then continued. "Drew, you haven't had a serious relationship for fifteen years. So, I think your attitude towards Macy is quite reasonable. But the situation was different for her. She had just been divorced from her husband and – I don't know. She probably wasn't used to it. Because having a relationship with someone is different. It will always be different from your past relationship. She may be trying to adapt to this relationship because the roles are different. While you're trying to balance it. Until in the end you were both doing those things too hard because you wanted this relationship to work."

Andrew is still listening and watching David carefully.

"The problem of your sexual relationship, I can't blame Macy, myself. Because according to your story earlier, you left her when she was in a state of..." David becomes silent for a moment. He was trying to find the right words and not seem so vulgar. "Difficulty?"

Andrew snorted. "You can use the usual words, Dave. Horny. Stimulated. Enthusiastic. Lustful."

The agent then threw the sofa cushion at his cousin. "Don't talk vulgar to me. I'm trying to keep this conversation on PG-13!"

Andrew caught the pillow before it hit his face, just chuckling. He hugged the pillow tightly. Gosh, he wished he could hug his lover right now. "It's up to you. You may continue."

"Okay, where are we? Oh, you left her. When conditions are difficult even in the midst of your debates. Heck, I didn't think that the great Andrew Coangco would avoid a fight, especially with his own girlfriend."

Now, it was Andrew who turned around to throw the sofa pillow at David. "You're so noisy!"

The agent laughed and used the pillow to support his head. "You even said that she had pain while finding herself a release, didn't you?"
