Hani opened her door and sighed. David just smiled faintly and handed him the small suitcase he was carrying. She took it and motioned for the agent to come in first. Although at first David just wanted to deliver the suitcase and then come back, because he left Andrew at Macy's apartment alone, but it would be rude if he had to refuse. Hence, he walked in, closed the door and took off his shoes in the foyer.
"Where's Marcus?" David asked as he followed the lawyer into the living room.
Hani put the suitcase near the sofa. "After doing his schoolwork, he takes a nap. Do you want to drink something?"
David shook his head. "I just wanted to deliver the suitcase. Are you going to the police station?"
"I don't know. If I go, Marcus will be alone. Besides, I've already sent one of my co-workers to monitor the situation. Doctor Tony and Doctor Steven have also gone to the hospital for a post-mortem. Well, I just need to monitor the situation from here," Hani said while sitting on the sofa.
David nodded and sat on the single sofa. Honestly, he could see that the lawyer was upset. Maybe if she didn't think about Marcus, Hani would have gone straight to the police station and handled the situation herself. However, the woman chose to accompany the boy. And David admired her attitude.
"How's Andrew?" Hani asked.
David leaned back and sighed softly. "I managed to calm him down. When I was about to go there, he fell asleep in Macy's room. And I think it's much better than him insisting on going to the hospital."
Hani nodded slightly.
"This situation..." David said carefully. "We can never guess, can we? A few hours before, we had lunch together but now Macy is in the hospital."
"Actually, I had predicted that Katy would commit this kind of action. All this time that scheming woman had planned everything so cleanly without any awkwardness, but because of what she did to Macy earlier, I think she's starting to act impulsively. This is a weakness for her, but I think it is also a loss for us."
David could understand Hani's point. "Because she will more and more openly be targeting Macy."
"And I hope this is the last. I don't want Katy to get more reckless and do things that are much worse than this," the lawyer said.
David nodded again. Well, he hoped the same. Because to be honest, if something bad happened to Macy again, he wasn't sure he would be able to calm Andrew down.

Ken signed the second BAP statement regarding the violence that Katy had on Macy. He comes to the police station with doctor Tony and doctor Steven who will give the post-mortem report to the Detective. After he finished signing the document, he put down the pen and sighed.
The police officer in charge of recording his statement thanked him. Ken turned to the table where the Detective was listening to Tony's explanation about Macy's current condition. He could see that the detective's body was shaking slightly.
Soon the Detective turned to him. So did the two doctors. Ken took a deep breath and stood up. He had already done what Jared asked. He will probably go to Hani's house to see his son's condition. Based on Jared's words, Hani didn't tell Marcus about his mother's condition at all, and would take care of the boy for a few days.
However, just as he was about to leave, the Detective approached him.
"You want to see Ms. Perez, Mr. Reyes?" asked the Detective.
