Andrew smiled when Macy started to wake up. He let her sleep for almost an hour and a half before waking her up for lunch. In addition, although she is lying in the hospital more often, she doesn't seem to be able to sleep well.

Macy opened her eyes and woke up. She leaned against the head bed and stared at her boyfriend intently. It seems that she is still in a daze. Andrew chuckled and ruffled his lover's black hair gently.

"Are you already up?"

She nodded slightly. But then she frowned. It felt so quiet.

"David is home," said Andrew who could understand her. "He said he was going to have lunch with his family."

Macy nodded again. Andrew smiled and rubbed Macy's rosy cheeks with his fingers. "I made smoothies and porridge for you."

Macy's expression turned sullen. Well, she's had enough of all that liquid food. But the doctor emphasized to her that for at least two weeks, she could not suppress solid food. And Andrew is too obedient to listen to the doctor's words.

Andrew laughed at the change in his lover's facial expression.

"Don't frown like that. You know, the doctor knows exactly how you are. It's been at least four days, hasn't it? Only ten days left until you try to eat solid food," he said.

Macy sighed silently. She then took off the blanket. Andrew flinched. Well, it seems that before going to bed, she changed her clothes first. Currently, Macy only wears an oversized navy-blue shirt with black shorts. Even though Andrew had seen the woman dressed casually like this several times, it still gave off a different sensation in his body. Especially with the woman's messy black hair after waking up. It gives an amazing effect.

When Macy was about to get out of bed, Andrew held her. She looked back at her boyfriend closely. One of her eyebrows raised, as if to ask. While Andrew is still watching her from top to bottom.

Shit!

Andrew then let go of Macy's hand. "Sorry..." he mumbled.

Macy blinked a few times. She didn't understand the man's reaction right now. It was clear from his current expression; he could read her question.

'Why?'

Andrew took a deep breath and let it out slowly. "Err... can I kiss you?"

Macy was a little dazed by the question. But then she smiled so wide, as if she was laughing.

That made her lover groan. How could he not? His girlfriend was mocking him right now. Maybe he shouldn't have said that.

"Just..." Andrew sighed. "Just forget it. Let's have lunch."

But before he stood up, Macy quickly cupped the writer's face and she smiled at him while her thumb stroked the man's cheek which was starting to grow thin hair. Well, she is not a stubble lover. But it's so sexy on her lover's face. Or maybe she thinks it's sexy because it is Andrew.

"Mace..." the writer said in a husky voice that sounded filled with passion.

Well, that's a sign for Macy. She pulled Andrew's face so that she could kiss her lover's lips.

Ken opened the door wide and allowed Marcus to enter first. He smiled as his son took off his shoes and tidied himself up in the foyer. He closed the door and took off his shoes as well in the foyer.
