David closed Macy's room door slowly.
Almost three hours after his arrival to Macy's unit due to an emergency call from Andrew, he tried to calm the woman down. Macy's hysterical condition should have been treated by a professional doctor but Andrew was against it. So, David just tried his best with a little help from the advice of a doctor he knew. Finally, Macy fell asleep because her body condition was too tired.
David then approached his cousin who just sat quietly in the living room. His face looked so gloomy and pale. He only got a little explanation from him how
Macy became hysterical like that. But he could certainly read that something else was going on.
"Andrew..."
Suddenly the man raised his head and looked at David. "How is he?"
David took a deep breath. He then sat down next to the writer. "He's already asleep. Maybe because I was too tired. He might wake up from a bad dream or something. And to be honest, I wouldn't be able to handle it. You need to call the doctor, Andrew."
"I know," Andrew mumbled wearily. But he could not carelessly contact the doctor from the hospital. Even though a doctor has been sworn in to respect the privacy of each patient, that's not what he has taken into consideration yet hasn't contacted the doctor.
Macy's approval is the most important. Hani can contact her friend who is a doctor to check Macy's condition because Macy allows it. For this, Macy couldn't give that consent in her conscious state. And Andrew can't act unilaterally.
David noticed Andrew seemed to be in a big dilemma. He could understand that well. But for a situation like this, the longer Andrew hesitated in making a decision, the worse Macy's condition could be. If Andrew thinks that he can't make a decision, at least Andrew can contact someone
who is close to Macy.
Even if it was Macy's own ex-husband.
"Andrew..."
Andrew then stood up and took his cellphone walking out of the veranda. Looks like he's about to contact someone. Even though David knows that it's not a doctor, but at least they will get help to deal with Macy's current condition.
David glanced at the clock hanging on the wall. It was almost three in the morning. And David might have to call his family too if he can't go home.

In the morning, around nine o'clock, Macy woke up and found that she had an intravenous drip on her wrist. And the last thing that reminded her before falling asleep was the figure of David who had been by her side all night, trying to calm her down because Macy only remembered that she kept feeling scared. She doesn't know why. Macy can't remember well.
"Are you awake?"
Macy turned towards the door where she saw a foreign man she had never met. The man smiled warmly at her and walked over to her bed. The man checks the IV bottle.
"You had a pretty long night, Macy."
Macy was still watching the man. "Who are you?"
"Oh, right. I haven't introduced myself, have I? My name is Steven. I am a psychiatrist. Doctor Tony's friend."
Ah, she knows Tony's doctor. Yesterday she and Hani just came from the forensic doctor's clinic to do some examinations. But why can Tony's doctor friend be in her apartment?
