Andrew checked his cellphone before he opened the car door. David glanced at him briefly. He saw Macy's name – or should he say that the display name of the woman is 'Love' – visible on the notification center. Then he climbed in first. Andrew took a deep breath and answered the

call.

"Hey..." he said simply.

"Can we meet? There's something I want to talk about."

Oh, Macy didn't even mince words. Andrew mumbled softly. "Okay. Where?

"It's up to you. Do you want to talk in your studio? Or into the apartment. Or we can just meet outside. One of the coffee shops, maybe."

"Are you busy today? If not, maybe I can go to St. Haven," said the writer.

Heck, he doesn't want to be in a place that is quite private. Studios and apartments? No, whatever Macy wanted to talk about, he didn't want them to talk there. Even in public places.

So, the choice might just be at St. Haven.

They can talk in Macy's room, maybe. It's a little private but the woman will be professional if she is at work. Even if their conversation was a little private.

There was a sigh on the other end of the phone.

"Andrew... okay, fine. You can come now. I will postpone the meeting with the editor team. We can talk for an hour. I guess that's enough."

Andrew mumbled again. "Okay. Oh, should I bring you something? For lunch?"

"Do you know the street vendors not far from St. Haven? You can buy me a kimbap and a simple sandwich there."

He wanted to argue that it wasn't enough for her lunch. But with their current relationship situation, he couldn't refuse.

"Okay. I'll buy it later."

"Thank you. Call me when you get to St. Havens, okay?"

Andrew just mumbled yes and then the phone was disconnected. After putting his phone back in his jeans pocket, he climbed into the car and closed the door slowly. David, who was already in the driver's seat, looked at him closely.

"Is there something wrong?" asked the agent.

"Macy wants to talk in St. Haven. But we have to stop for a while at a street vendor near St. Haven to buy lunch for her," the man answered.

David frowned slightly. His cousin will buy lunch for Macy there? Usually, he prefers food stalls over food sold on the roadside. But he will not ask further.

After Andrew put on the seatbelt, he drove the car to St. Haven.

Andrew and David walked out of the elevator when they reached the editorial department team floor. When they arrived at the basement floor, there was already one of the security officers waiting for them with a visitor id. Well, it seems that Macy has given information about their arrival.

"Oh, Writer Coangco! Agent Lee..." Gil exclaimed.

Andrew smiled faintly at the editor. Gil approached the two of them. "The Chief Editor is waiting for you in her office."

One of his eyebrows rose. Did Macy tell everyone that he was coming? Well, he remembered that the woman was supposed to have a meeting with the editor team. So, that makes sense.
