"What the hell, Andrew Coangco?!" David exclaimed when Andrew pushed him into Macy's unit.

Then he looked at the unit and once again he was surprised by the fact that the unit they entered belonged to the editor.

And his cousin knows the door code.

David looked back at Andrew. "So, you and Editor Cruz are neighbors all this time?! Why didn't you ever tell me?! Oh, and she didn't say anything either."

"Because this is her personal business, David. Where she lives is her business, why should she tell you? Being neighbors is a coincidence and I don't think you need to know because in this apartment building, our relationship is just neighbors."

David snorted. "Oh yeah, because you always kiss your neighbor so passionately."

Andrew took a deep breath. He didn't know how to explain their situation to his agent. "Listen, I know you're surprised. But my relationship with Macy-"

"You guys are dating?" said David.

Andrew massaged his forehead hard. "Yes."

"Since when?"

"It hasn't been a week yet. And I swear David Lee, if-"

"Well, that's good."

Andrew was silent for a moment. His expression turned into confusion. David looked less angry and instead looked relieved. That made him even more clueless. "What do you mean?"

"Well, Andrew Coangco, one thing you need to know is that I'm not stupid. I may not be the type of person who is sensitive to every change, but I have known you for years. I've started to assume when you start to behave not like you. I pay attention to all your attitudes and actions during this time. Until when Macy was rushed to the hospital because of the beating-"

"Wait!" Andrew exclaimed. "You know it? H-how come? I mean, Macy and I didn't even.... and what do you mean by hospital? You do not..."

"Please, Andrew, I have eyes and you always act weird. For twelve years I've known you, do you think I won't be able to see your habits? And regarding the hospital, it's the same hospital where your late mother was treated and maybe I accidentally overheard the nurse talking about editor Cruz – because everyone knows that she is the Chief Editor of the famous St. Haven," David explained.

Okay, it never occurred to Andrew. But it's been quite a while and all this time his cousin didn't say anything. Didn't ask him anything even when he already knew?

"I overheard your conversation. And that's when I realized that you fell in love with her. On the other hand, I'm glad you found someone – not a replacement for Nina – but I am. But, I'm also worried," David admitted.

Then he walked over to Andrew and looked at the writer carefully. "Besides me, who else knows about your relationship?"

Andrew shook his head. "No one does. And I don't plan on announcing it publicly either."

"That's good. The fewer people who know about it, the better. I'm not against it, but if your relationship goes public, it won't be good. Especially for Macy. St. Haven probably won't have a problem with your relationship, after all she has been in a relationship with the writer before, right?"

Oh, David won't mention the man's name in front of Andrew. Then he resumed. "But the public's reaction will not be good. And they will attack Macy more, not you. After her ex-husband who is a writer in St. Haven and you are currently under contract with St. Haven, people might find her flirting with all the writers she's ever worked with. Do you understand what I mean?"
