David glanced at Andrew who was focusing on his laptop.
It's been two days and all the man did was the novel. Even he thought that his cousin didn't sleep. It was clear from his tired face and dark eye bags.
This phase has been experienced by him before.
Andrew will ignore his bedtime and only focus on the novel he is working on. David also believes that the man is not eating well while he is writing. Honestly, if this continues then Andrew will be rushed to the hospital in the next week or two.
"Andrew..." he called out.
The Writer just mumbled. David looked at Andrew and sighed.
"Andrew, today there is a meeting with the PR team of St. Havens."
The man just mumbled again softly. The focus of his gaze and finger movements was only on his laptop. "Then?" was his short response.
"They'll be here in an hour."
Andrew's busy hands stopped. He lifted his head and looked at his Agent who was sitting on the sofa. "Here? Get over here? As in here?"
"That's how it is. Editor Gil said it would be a lot easier if we do that."
Andrew's brows furrowed.
"Editor Cruz hasn't come to work yet, but she can come to the studio for the meeting. She wouldn't stay the whole meeting though, maybe only half an hour. Besides that, you seem to be focusing on your new novel too," David explained.
The Writer blinked a few times then started typing again. "Okay..."
"Okay?"
"Okay."
David took another deep breath. He doesn't know what happened to his cousin for him to act like this. It seems that a few days ago his attitude was not like this.
"Okay..."

Macy entered Andrew's studio.
She came a bit later than the appointed time. And when she entered, the meeting had already begun. Macy closed the door slowly and quietly; not wanting to disturb the on-going meeting. The first to notice her arrival was David, followed by Gil, Liam, Hailey and Jen from the PR team and Min the representative from the marketing team. The meeting stopped for a few seconds because they all greeted her.
"Please continue," she commanded.
Jen then continued to explain about Andrew's novel promotional activities.
Oh, Macy realized that Andrew didn't look at her at all. The man only read seriously the arrangement of the promotion schedule. She took a deep breath and thought that the man was just too focused and didn't notice her arrival. Then she sat down next to Gil and listened to Jen's explanation as well.
David glanced at Andrew briefly. He also realized that the man just ignored the Editor's existence. Or maybe the man was taking the promotion schedule too seriously. But it's still weird.
Even the other employees at least greeted the Editor. This is definitely not his cousin's usual attitude. Something is wrong.
"Oh, for the book fan sign event, we will follow the wishes of Writer Coangco. We know that Writer Coangco had an unpleasant experience while conducting the event. So, we will adjust to Writer Coangco's own decision," said Jen.
