When he heard the news that David was rushed to the hospital, Macy was reading in the living room. With a reflex, she threw her book on the sofa and grabbed the car keys. She put her cellphone and car keys into her pants pocket. And then she rushed to Marcus' room. Because after lunch, she told the boy to take a nap. However, now she had to take her to the hospital because she couldn't possibly leave him alone at home.
Macy couldn't bear to wake her son. She could have called Hani and asked her to come to the apartment to look after Marcus while she was in the hospital. But it will take time and she doesn't think that Hani is not busy right now.
So she had no choice. She grabbed the sling on the table and walked over to the bed. Slowly, she lifted her son's body and carried him. She tried not to wake Marcus up. She rubbed her son's back as she walked out of the unit.
Luckily the boy didn't wake up.
Macy immediately entered the elevator which happened to be open on the 15th floor and pressed the basement button. She met the occupants of the upstairs unit. She just smiled faintly and greeted them. Well, she doesn't know all the residents of the apartment building. She doesn't even remember the names of her neighbors on the 15th floor – apart from Andrew.
After a few minutes, the elevator doors opened in the basement. She immediately rushed to the car. Well, for now she is very grateful because St. Haven – to be more precise, Director Miller – forced her to take the car for a while.
Macy put Marcus, who had not realized that he was no longer in his bed, in the front seat by changing the back position about thirty degrees and then fastening the seat belt. Hurrying, she goes to the driver's seat. She started the engine and drove the car out of the basement, being careful not to wake her son.

Jino who was talking on the phone with Gil was a little surprised when he saw the figure of Macy who was holding Marcus walking towards her.
"S-senior, the Chief Editor came to the hospital. I'll tell you later, okay?"
Jino immediately hung up the phone and approached his boss. He glanced at Marcus who was still asleep. Ah... Jino didn't know that Macy would be desperate to come to the hospital – especially by bringing her son with her.
"Chief Editor, why did you..."
However, Macy didn't listen to Jino's question. "How is the condition? Is he still being treated by a doctor?"
"That's how it is. Agent Lee is still in the ICU. But Chief Editor..."
Once again, Macy ignored Jino. She walked into the corridor that led her to the ICU area. Jino sighs, but follows suit. At the front, she saw several people from the St. Haven and several other staff. She didn't see Jen.
"Where's Jen?" she asked.
Jino glanced at her. "Working on the news. It happened so fast and we panicked. We called an ambulance and-"
"And the reporter is still in the university area?"
Jino nodded. Macy glanced at Andrew who was sitting on a row of benches in front of the ICU entrance. The man looked down with a very worried face. Of course, David is not just an agent for him, he is also his cousin – his family. In addition, Macy also has not heard about the full incident of what happened to David.
She sighed and looked at Jino. "Call Gil and Jen. Make sure they can control the news. Oh, have you contacted Agent Lee's family? I think they live in Manila."
