176: A Promise Made

“Gems! Gray!” Shelia smiled as she greeted Gems again as they landed on the ground.

They saw Lyon and his guildmates upon reaching Hargeon, who had smiles on their faces thinking that the war was over.

“I was told the war was over.” Lyon told as he met with Gray and Gems.

“Not yet, Acnologia is the last remaining enemy and he is headed this way.” Gray informed. Gems nodded, and the expressions on the faces of Lamia Scale wizards got tensed.

“We need a huge ship to trap him, that's the only way to defeat him.” Gems added and Lyon pointed towards the giant ships from Alvarez.

“If I had magic, I could have helped in healing you...” Shelia mumbled sadly as she noticed the bandages around Gems and Gray's body.

“It's okay, we are fine... Don't be so hard on yourself.” Gems said giving a warm smile to Shelia. “And Wendy still loves you, that's a win.” Gems whispered that in Shelia's ear. While Gray rolled his eyes.

"How are we gonna get Acnologia on that ship!?" Gray asked clearing his throat.

“Mirajane and I will knock him out of the air.” Erza spoke and Gems and the others immediately turned around when the Fairy Tail members arrived to Hargeon.

“Yet another crazy idea...” Gray just sighed.

“I'll help as well.” Gems spoke with determination.

“What?” Gray was taken aback.

“Well it's time to use these wings.” Gems responsed pointing at his Believix wings. Gray wanted to say no to Gems, but he knew Gems didn't like being held back. So Gray just let him.

They were waiting for Minerva's team who were leading Acnologia and Lucy's group to arrive. And just then, Minerva and Yukino appeared with Acnologia following them.

“Everyone start preparing for the Fairy Sphere!” Gildarts ordered.

“Prepare how?” Romeo asked.

“By holding hands!” Lisanna spoke, but before they could actually take any actions, Acnologia launched another attack towards them.

“Everyone get down!” Laxus yelled.

Gray immediately tackled Gems down to ground, in order to save him. Acnologia aimed and destroyed the ships on pure instincts. They were shocked because all of the ships were destroyed.

“Oh no... He destroyed all of the ships...” Gems mumbled as Gray helped him get up.

“This is bad...” Gray spoke as he gulped down a lump in his throat.

“We will stick to the plan! I'll make us a ship!” Laki yelled as she ran towards the port. “Gray! Lyon! Give me a hand!” She added.

“Oh yeah! Maker magic!” Gems sighed in relief.

“We're gonna make us a huge ship made of wood and ice!” She commanded.

“I'll buy you some time!” Gems spoke as he looked at Gray and nodded before joining Erza and Mirajane. Meanwhile others started working on focusing on their magic by joining their hands.

“Wind Turbine!” A huge magic circle appeared above and beneath of Acnologia and he was stopped in his tracks, when two giant tornadoes shot and Acnologia was caught in cross hairs.

But Acnologia just absorbed the attack and broke free. Erza and Mirajane stepped in and attacked Acnologia.

Meanwhile Lucy, Levy and Freed had arrived and the ship was also been made.
