You wake up to the sound of your alarm. You groan and sit up to turn it off. As soon as you sit up, your head spins. You fall back onto your pillows. Your stomach flips, and suddenly you're regretting the midnight snack you had last night. You jump out of bed and run into the bathroom to get sick. Your (mom/dad/guardian) appears at the door. (He/She) knocks.
"___? Are you okay?"
You flush the toilet and stagger to the sink. You manage to get out, "I-I'm not feeling good."
"Are you staying home?"
"Yeah," You sigh. "Um, can you get me a glass of water and some medicine?"
"Sure thing, sweetie."
You brush your teeth and slowly walk back to bed. Your teeth chatter, despite the comforter that you bury yourself under. Your (mom/dad/guardian) brings you a pile of other blankets with your medicine and water.
You fall asleep.

You wake up to the sound of the doorbell ringing a few hours later. You try to fall back asleep.
"___?" Someone says. You lift your head out of the blankets.
"Hey, Tadashi," You greet your best friend.
"Heard you're sick." He walks over and sits on the side of your bed.
"Yeah," You sigh. "I feel like total crap."
"I'm sorry," He mumbles. He strokes your hair. You close your eyes. "Cass made you some (favorite soup)."
"Ah, bless her. Tell her that I said thanks."
"Of course. I also, um, brought you something."
"What?" You open your eyes.
"Baymax," Tadashi calls. Baymax waddles into your room.
"Aw, hey, Baymax," You greet the robot you helped Tadashi work on.
"Hello. How are you feeling?"
"Sick," You say. "Not the way Hiro usually means, either."
"I will scan you." Baymax scans you. "Your temperature is elevated. You're experiencing irritation on your throat. Your neurotransmitter levels are low. I suggest ibuprofen for the fever. Hot tea and honey for your throat. For your neurotransmitter level: hugs."
You laugh. "I do not need hugs."
"Aw, ___!" Tadashi crawls into bed next to you and wraps his arms around your waist. "Hugs!" He pulls you close.
Baymax leans down and hugs your shoulders. "You will be alright. There, there."
You smile. "Thanks, guys."
