A Fred x Reader I just thought of when I was listening to Here (In Your Arms) and Oh, It Is Love by Hellogoodbye. ^-^ Enjoy~

You were having a movie night with Fred. You finally talked him into watching a movie adaptation of your favorite book, that happened to be extremely heartbreaking to you. (A/N: If your favorite book isn't a film, just pretend! My favorite book isn't a film, sadly.) You knew what would happen. You just didn't want to see it.

You sat beside Fred on the couch, his arms crossed and laying on his chest. He hated to admit it, but this movie wasn't bad. He really liked the characters, and the plot wasn't as boring as he'd expected. Occasionally he would glance over at you, smiling at how your lips would move in synch with the character's words, how your eyes would light up during your favorite parts, how your lips would curl up with happiness.

When that part that you were dreading happened, you covered your eyes with hands. You peeked out between your fingers, only to close your eyes again. "No, no, no," You mutter, shaking your head. Your shoulders start shaking with sobs.

"___?" Fred asks with concern. "___, are you okay? A-are you crying?" He smiles. You ignore him. "___, it's just a movie."

You drop your hands and wipe your tear soaked cheek with your sleeve. "I just- I can't."

Fred grins and puts an arm around your shoulders. You melt into his embrace, wiping your tears on his kaiju shirt. "There, there. Freddie's got you. Don't you worry, ___. I don't judge based on feelings for fictional characters. They don't call me Fanboy Fred for nothing."

You laugh into his chest. "I love you, Freddie."

"Yeah, I love you too, Fangirl ___." He messes with your hair. You blush and laughs, shaking your head.

"You're a dork," You say. You raise your head up. "My dork." You plant a kiss on his cheek. Fred turns his head to look at you and smiles.

He touches your cheek and kisses you. "I'm yours," He mutters against your lips. You pull away, wrapping your arms around his neck and pulling your legs out from under you and onto his lap. He holds you for the rest of the movie, occasionally kissing your cheek, your hair, and your lips.
