I've had a few requests for a sad pregnant reader x Tadashi (and Baymax, kinda), so here. Feels ahead~

It was six months after the showcase. Six months after your husband, Tadashi, was killed in a fire. Six months of depression and anxiety. With a sigh of sorrow, you struggle to climb out of bed.

"Good morning, ___," Tadashi's robot, Baymax, says as you walk in the kitchen.

"Morning," You say.

"Today you require medication," He says. "I will also scan you. I can tell the gender of the baby."

You glance down at your swollen stomach. You were seven months pregnant with Tadashi's baby. He was so excited to be a father. . .

"Not today, Baymax," You say. It's the same thing you've said every day for a month.

"Tadashi wouldn't want-" He starts.

"Does it matter, Baymax?" You ask. "He's gone."

"Tadashi is not gone," He says.

"Yes he is." You cover your eyes and cry. "He's gone."

Baymax's soft arms wrap around you. You fall into his embrace. "Tadashi is not gone. Tadashi is here." He pats your stomach.

You smile and drop one of your hands to your stomach. "You're right. Baymax, call Hiro and Cass. They have to be here."

"Contacting: Cass and Hiro."

"Okay, Baymax," You say. You hold onto Hiro and Cass's hands. "Scan me."

"Scan complete. Heartbeat: healthy. You are experiencing mood swings and cravings. Cramps. Common symptoms. I have found the gender. Would you like to know?"

You take a deep breath and tighten your grip on Cass's hand. "Yes, please, Baymax."

"The gender is male."

Your knees go weak. Cass gasps with happiness and holds you up as you cry tears of joy.

"Yes!" Hiro says. "I'm getting a nephew!"

"My baby," You whisper, rubbing your stomach. "My baby, my little Tadashi, I love you so much."

"Oh, ___, this is wonderful!" Cass says. "He would be so proud."

"He is," You say. "I know he is."

After the baby is born, Baymax helps care for him and you. On the late nights when the baby is fussy and needs constant rocking and comforting, he stays up so you can catch up on sleep. On the rough nights where you miss Tadashi, Baymax plays the video of Tadashi testing him. You get to see Tadashi, perfect and happy like he always was.

Hiro and Cass came over almost every day. Even though Tadashi was missed and Baymax could in no way replace the emptiness of the loss of Tadashi, he was loved by everyone, including your son, your baby Tadashi.
