tw: smut...in honor of the valentine's day episode here's some valentine's day smut ;)

Nini sighs as she leans her chin against her fist as she waits in the lobby of the train station. her plans to surprise Ricky for their first valentine's day back together was a massive fail.

after taking the train home from Denver, she got all dressed up, even drawing little pink hearts on her cheeks, setting up with her ukulele in front of Ricky's house to sing him the song she wrote as his gift. only to find out that he and Mike moved when his grumpy next door neighbor came outside to yell at her.

she called and texted him but with no answer, she's back in the train station waiting to go back to acting school. she couldn't deny that she was upset, she missed him more than life itself and wanted to spend just a little bit of the holiday with him before she had to go back to Denver.

she flips her phone around in her hands, waiting for any sign from her boyfriend but there was nothing. she sighed, knowing that it would be a while before she got to see him again.

just as she was about to give up hope, she hears his voice.

"Nini!"

she turns, smiling widely when she sees her boyfriend. she hops up from her seat, not really believing her eyes, "Ricky? what're you doing here? Red told me you went to Denver."

he sighs happily, "ya i did, i hopped on the first bus possible after Emily told me you came to Salt Lake. i was hoping to see you before you got back on the train."

Nini softens, smiling widely, "god i missed you." she leans up, kissing him sweetly before wrapping her arms around his neck, hugging him tightly. 

"i didn't think we'd get to see each other but i made it." he says with a chuckle.

she frowns a little, glancing back to the departure board for a minute, "baby, i'm about to get on a train to go back to school."

Ricky quickly grabs her face, rubbing his thumbs over her cheeks, "don't go, please don't go. stay with me? just for the night?"

"Ricky..." Nini hesitates.

theoretically she could stay. it was a Friday and she had finished all her homework earlier in the week. she really wanted to be with him.

"please Neens, i need you."

her mouth went dry at his words. she needed him too. it had been a while since they had last slept together and the distance had definitely made her miss him more.

"my moms are home." she whispers, her cheeks flushing at the thought of them spending the night together.

Ricky shrugs, "dads on a date, said he won't be home until late tonight. you can come to the apartment."

the brunette girl bit her lip, mulling over the idea for a moment before nodding and speaking a quiet okay. Ricky took her hand after she grabbed her bag and they headed out to the parking lot.

she held his hand as they drove through downtown to get to his new apartment. she was a little nervous, she was used to his old house and so she wasn't quite sure what it would feel like to be intimate in a strange place.

they pull up in front of the tall brick building, Ricky parking his car. he carries her bag for her while they ride the elevator up to his floor. when the boy opens the door, she isn't surprised to find that boxes littered the entire apartment.

"sorry, we just moved in earlier this week." he says quietly, locking the front door before guiding her down the hallway to his room.

when he flicks on the light, she isn't surprised to see the contents of his room. it looked like he had tried to unpack but there were still a lot of boxes. Ricky groans a little when he sees he left Franklin on his bed and he quickly stuffs him into a box.
