Story 1: SBMA, Zambales

A couple of my officemates were assigned to audit one of our clients in SBMA. They were privileged to be granted a staff house for their accommodation. I wonder if they were really privileged, because all of them were not comfortable with the house indeed (some sort of negative aura and the like). Then one night, one of them, a lady with a sort of eye-catching beauty clad in red sleep wears, noticed that her hair was rising, as if someone was pulling it up. There were no electric fan, air con unit or any ventilating unit nearby. Of course she was shocked. She just covered herself with blankets.

Story 2: SBMA also, near Bat Kingdom

This is what I had experienced along with my officemates doing another audit for a client there. We were also given free lodging in one of the client's staff house, which is very notorious of having some unseen activities within premises (confirmed by all drivers we have rode on their taxis and previous auditor occupants, whom one of them had been reportedly possessed). As much as we not wanted to occupy the house, we have no choice since it is the most convenient and practical accommodation available. To cut the story short, the house comes complete with all the necessary amenities such as kitchen, laundry, bathroom, etc. There were normal operations during the first few days and nights we're occupying. Then one night, in the kitchen, the light bulbs unexpectedly went out. So all we have to do is to open the refrigerator and kitchen door to have at least lights in the kitchen. The next day, we cooked our breakfast. Then the night came again, and most of us were starving. Suddenly, to everybody's amusement, the stove won't work. The kitchen area is very eerie since there were no lights also. No one of us dared to enter the kitchen without accompaniment. Then to everybody's surprise, the next morning, the stove is working again! Of course, everyone is puzzled; slightly scared and don't know why this was happening.

Story 3: In that same house

One Sunday afternoon, as I had finished my lunch, I lay down on a bed just to get some sort of a nap. But before I could doze off, I heard some very eerie sound like that of a howling wind inside the closet near the bed. I looked outside the window if there's really strong winds blowing, but it was still. The leaves of the trees were still. But the howling continued. I was not scared during that time since it is broad daylight, but out of instincts and curiosity, I opened the window glass to verify again if there were strong winds outside. There were two things that I found out: One, there was no wind again; and, Two, the howling stopped and never heard again. My mind has been telling me that it is as if some restless spirit wanted to go out of the house, but couldn't since the glass window is closed. That's why he/she's making the sound. I even asked my fellow officemates on the opposite room if they heard the sound, and they said yes and they thought it was just the air con unit so they ignored it. I told them that it can't be since it is I who closed the unit during that morning. But I confirmed again after our conversation, and it is really closed. Strange...

Story 4: Same house again

This is what my officemates told me, because I already left earlier than them. As two of them were sitting on the sofa, they noticed the door in front of them. All of the sudden, it opened (though not fully opened) and closed again. They ruled out wind since all the windows were closed (air con unit was already on), and that door leads to an enclosed room.

Story 5: Road near the same house

One night, around 7pm, I was walking from my client to go home to our staff house alone since all my officemates left early. I think to be left behind would be my dumbest decision made during that time. I was walking, there were no one visible. Road lights were dim and far from each other. It would take around 5 minutes to get to our house by walking. There were no cars roaming around. Midway, I felt a very uncomfortable chill running through my spine and all over my body, as if I have unseen company. There were no wind since there are no rustling leaves. I walked faster and took out my cellphone as a means of distraction for my fear, and kept on praying to the Lord for His accompaniment. Fortunately, I did not saw, smell or heard anything. Just the chill.

As I went home to my house in Manila, I told all my stories to my mother. She said that areas where bats often reside oftentimes occur strange things. Oh, that's why.... :)
