Everything thing has parts
Humans have some they hate
Me I have more then the normal person
That's to the horrors of my past
They changed me
Everything thing has parts
If they didn't nothing would function
I'm able to function with my parts
Despite all of us having major differences
But we still form together to help each other
Everything has parts
The brain is the most amazing part
The reason is because of how much
It controls and what it can do
When traumatic events happen
Especially repeatedly the brain does
Two things that scientists don't fully understand
The first thing it locks away the traumatic event
Till unfortunately something triggers the memory to be remembered
The second thing and this is caused by severe repeated traumatic events
The brain will create parts/alters
Everything has parts
Now these alters can range in everything
But they all have one or multiple purposes
But it ranges some hold the trauma
Another could be a voice of reason & logic
Another could solely be for self defense
Others could be child like looking to have
What was robbed from them growing up
Everything has parts
How do I know this it's because
I have DID or dissociative identity disorder
It's a "rare" disorder simply because
People like me are told we're using
A mental disorder for attention
Without knowing what hell We went through
And some people in the psychology field
Also think it's made up which makes it
Even harder to get the help we need
Everything has parts
But the pain and the horrors we can never
Fully escape from they'll always be there
Haunting us till we can at least adapt to them
Waiting for the perfect time to force the
Memories back into our head
To break us down again
