I watch as Hades reads a story to Calix and I keep looking as Karma and Nova spar together practicing their hand it hand combat techniques with each other. Meanwhile Karai has transformed into a tiny kitty that Calix pets nicely. Ha-The end. C-One more? Ha-Just one, let's see. I want. This is pretty short just so you know. C-Those are the best. Ha-I want you to listen without judging me. I want your opinion without advice. I want you to trust me without demanding. I want you to help me without deciding for me. I want you to take care of me without anulating me. I want you to look at me without reflecting your things on me. I want you to hug without asphyxiating me. I want you to cheer me up without pushing me. I want you to hold me without taking charge of me. I want you to protect me without lying to me. I want you to get close without invading myself. I want you to know the things about me that disgust you the most and don't try to or pretend to change them and accept them. I want you to know, that today you can count on me, without conditions. The end. He closes the book and sighs. Calix clears his throat and then he mimicks Hades's voice perfectly as he speaks. C-I want to eat. Ha-How? C-Something I just mastered recently. Seriously now, I am kind of hungry. I loved the story. As we eat lunch together someone knocks at the door. Hades stands to get it and Calix speaks. C-I bet that's Cerberus, Persephone and Isabella out there. Ha-You can't possibly know that. C-You'll be surprised. He opens the door and is indeed who he says it is. They come inside and I see as Isabella goes towards Calix. I-Come on, let's go play. C-Gladly. They go play together and despite their size difference Calix manages to keep up with her. They laugh and play together until she decides to change the game. I-Tag, you're it. C-Really? At first he runs trying to catch up with her until he suddenly gets really fast and he runs around and we almost don't see him but we can hear him as he laughs. C-This is amazing! Catch me if you can. He laughs loudly and then he bumps to a tree on the backyard. C-Uff. I-I bet the tree can catch you. She offers him a hand and he takes it laughing at her joke. Ha-You okay? C-Yeah, just a bit dozzed off? Dizzy, that's the word, dizzy from the hit. Hades laughs as he takes him on one arm and he gets Isabella to come as well. She demands to be treated like a princess and he does as well. We chat all together for a while and I hear as Karai comes in with a bag. K-Calix! I got you something. C-The something? K-Yes, I found it. C-Thank you, I love you so much. K-Love you too little brother. He looks inside the bag and he smiles happily.
Ten years later We are on earth for a visit we're doing for old time's sake. Calix has grown finely into a young man/teen and as we take a walk through the park I'm amazed at Calix's connection with Hades. He mimicks his every movement. Hades dresses white, he does as well, Hades smiles he does as well, Hades puts his hands on his pockets, he does as well. Today as we walk they look like Hades and a mini version of Hades. I am with Karai and we laugh together as we speak about them, mostly Calix and how he mimicks Hades in everything he does. A moment later Hades tells Calix to stay out as he goes inside an electronic store. Calix turns to Karma and he waves smiling. Karma hugs him sideways.
