I sit down on the table slowly to eat and I look at my breakfast hesitantly. I take the spoon as cautiously as I can and I hear as dad laughs at me. I leave the spoon and take the plate and drink it directly from it. It doesn't break but it does crack when I put it down.
-I'm going to train or do something that gets me tired or without energy.
Ka-Don't overexert yourself.
-Worry about what I'm not going to do because I will push myself.
He throws me a warning look.
-Do you have a shirt I can borrow?
He nods and I go away like the cheetah at top speed. I go to the training grounds and I practice. I test myself to where are my limits and how far I can reach when I get tired and hungry. I check the time and is already dinnertime. No wonder I'm hungry. I go back and I see that Karai is cooking.
-Auntie, what is cooking?
K-Your brain if you don't step back.
I get the hint and take a step back and I wait. The others join and as Karai serves the food. Dad scolds me for not using the fork and I take it. I cut the meat glad that nothing breaks but when I bite down I feel something breaking in my mouth. I take the fork out of my mouth and I am astonished at not seeing the four points there. I stand up and take a towel getting the fork out of my mouth and into the towel. I shiver a bit before I turn again. I take the food in the mixer along with the juice and I drink it all as it smashes together. I throw the fork away to the trash and go to my room ignoring everyone's looks.
I go to dad's room and I get his best suit and use it. I go out the house and down to earth.
As I reach earth I make my way to a club. Oh, the joy of being young. I enter the club without any problem and I turn my phone off. I have a great time dancing and drinking. After a bit I get my eyes on a girl as she dances but I hold back simply looking.
Five years later
I am getting out of school to go home and change for my concert. Is hard being an artist and a student at the same time. Thank the gods I have my cousins with me.-Ah.
I am walking home and I practice my songs refining my vocal cords to get ready. The lights are all off but I pay no mind, maybe no one is home. I turn to open the door and as I turn on the light I smile as everyone of our family is here. I don't know why but I'm glad they're here.
-Did you came for the concert?
They nod and I turn to change my clothes to the ones I use when I sing. I tie my hair in a loose ponytail and go out. Everyone is gone to the concert already and I am taken by Karai by air. She leaves me on the red carpet where my fans await me.
