Six months later I'm cooking a delicious meal to get to Chimera.
Ka-Can I have a taste?
-Not a chance, this is for Chimera and only him.
Ka-I'm surprised at him. He's building your future house all the way from the ground.
-He's amazing. Such a gentleman like no other and he's always cheerful. Want to come with me? See how the house is progressing?
Ka-Sure, have nothing else to do.
With that I pack the lunch for Chimera and I get us to the place where he's building the house. We get out of the car and we see a lot of constructors working diligently. I look for Chimera and I find him on the back behind some wood examining some papers with two other workers. His back is turned to me but the other guy sees me. He nudges Chimera and points at me. When he turns and sees me his happiness is evident and I can't help but give him a smile and a small wave. He gives the papers to the other guys and he comes towards me.
Ch-How are you liking the house so far?
-Is great, I got you lunch. Hope you're hungry.
He smirks and I laugh as he presses me closer to him.
Ch-Oh I'm hungry alright but is a different kind of hunger. I can barely contain the urge to kiss you right now right here. Those soft lips of yours, gods help me.
-Care to give in to temptation?
Ch-Don't mind if I do.
He kisses me deeply and for a moment we forget we're not alone as we hear a couple of the guys laugh and whistle at us. We separate and he takes the lunch bag.
Ch-Well then, let's see what you got for me.
He opens the bag and he smiles thoughtfully.
Ch-Really? Heart shaped lunch? I love them. You're adorable. Is almost too bad to eat this. It almost breaks my heart. Want to share it with me?
We eat it together and he shows me the progress as we eat.
-Where is the pool? I know we have the beach but the pool I don't see it.
Ch-Come this way.
He takes me to a cliff.
Ch-I found this natural hole and I thought why don't I make this a pool. The cliff can make do as the waterfall for it. Just a quick fix of details and pool is ready.
-I like it already.
Ch-I knew you would.
He gives me a kiss before we go back to the rest of the house. He shows me which way is the garden and which is the yard. I'm amazed at everything. When he finishes his lunch I take it and gives me yet another kiss.
-I'll stay and watch you work. Now go flex those big muscles for me.
He laughs and he goes to work. I give Karma the dirty dishes and I send him home telling him I would be back with Chimera. He agrees and goes away smiling. I climb a tree and watch all the progress from the up. I watch as Chimera lifts some wood and I bite my lips as his muscles flex when I hear a commotion on the other side.
Worker-That is my hammer!
Worker-And I'm telling you is mine.
Ch-Break it up you two. I took the hammer, here you can have it back. I'll find my own.
I speak up from the tree.
-If he can't work without a hammer he can't work at all.
Worker-Stay out of this, these is mantalk woman.
I jump out of the tree in front of him. I take the hammer from him.
-Mantalk huh? I wonder.
Worker-Give me my hammer back, a woman shouldn't use a man's tools.
-You want it back. Well then, how badly do you want it? Do I stick it up your nose or up your ass. Perhaps the drill will do a better job.
He looks at me utterly horrified and with fear on his eyes and I smile as I twirl the hammer on my finger.
-Do you understand where I'm getting at?
Worker-I do and I apologize for bringing my bad behavior on you.
-Take a rest, relax and let me handle this. It is my house after all.
With that I take his utensils and start working myself. Chimera works by my side handing me what I need and I pet him nicely. I love him so much and I love the way he smiles wickedly at me. After a bit he goes away and I work on the third floor as he does on the first. When is time to go I wait patiently and look at the progress we made and I smile happily. Chimera walks below me and I have an idea.
-Chimera, catch.
I throw myself from the third floor on top of him. He looks surprised and terrified even. Still, he catches me with ease and I give him a kiss on the cheek before he puts me down.
Ch-Are you fine? What were you thinking? You could've gotten hurt.
-I wouldn't. Remember, I'm stronger than you think.
He smiles and he puts me down on the floor again. He takes my hand and we look at our home happy before he turns to his workers.
Ch-You have the weekend free. I expect to see you all on Monday to keep building it up. You can go home now. Dismissed.
Everyone goes away and we look at the house a bit more before we go back home. He drives us back and he holds my hand all the way there.
When we get home he carries me piggyback to my room and he places me gently on the bed.
Ch-Rest easy. Our house will be ready before you know it.
-Tomorrow we are fixing wedding details. Is that why you asked them to not come to work tomorrow?
He blushes and I laugh at how adorable he seems. He gives me a soft kiss and before he goes away he makes sure I'm fine.
Ch-Good night. Sleep well and see you tomorrow.
-See you tomorrow. Night.
He leaves and I turn to sleep at last. I dream blissfully and when I wake up the next morning everyone is awake and away except for Karai who is having a cute breakfast by herself.
K-You up?
-No, I'm sleepwalking. Of course I'm up. What time is it?
K-Eight morning. Why?
-Chimera and I are meeting to fix some wedding details.
K-I assume mom will be with you right?
I nod and as I get ready I get excited for the thought. I squirm happily.
