The next morning Chimera and I go get some decorations for our house. We use a moving truck each and as we go we decide which to use. -Oh, look at this thing, it reminds me of fire. So cute. Ch-Can I ask something? -Ask ahead. Ch-Why do you like fire so much? At his question I show him my aura.

He smiles knowingly and I turn it off. Ch-Your aura is fire. That explains so much. Do you want it? -Yes please. He takes it and holds it to the basket cautiously. I give him a quick kiss before I look around again. He follows close behind. In a moment I notice he has stopped walking. -Chimera? He looks at me briefly before he points at the thing for me. I look and I see a statue of a lion. -You like it? Ch-Very much. Arr. I laugh and giggle. I go to look at it more closely. I'm looking at it very close and I look where the eyes are and almost jump out of my skin when the eyes glow. -Ah. Ch-I got you. I got you. -I don't want that. Not now. Ch-Me neither. Come on let's keep going. I fix myself and we leave the lion behind as we keep buying the things for our house together. We end up filling both moving trucks to the top. We go to get on the house all of this things and we accommodate them together. When we finish with the bigger things we get the smaller ones and at last I take my fire like decoration. -Where should I put this? The garden? No, the kitchen? Worse. Ch-In the door? Or the bedroom. I put it on the base of the stairs. -Here? Ch-It might fall and break. I nod and I put it on the living room instead on top of the fake chimney we have there. Ch-Beautiful just like you. He gets his hands on my shoulders and he kisses my neck gently. I shiver at the contact. -Chimera. He growls in my ear playfully before he gives me a bite. His get in front of me but he doesn't pull me closer tempting me with each kiss he gives me. Ch-You like this? I laugh as he touches my hips and I feel the button of my pants come undone. I turn around on his arms and we kiss desperately wanting each other. I jump on him wrapping my legs around his waist and he grabs my ass tight. He moves to kiss my neck and down my collarbone to my shoulder and up again until he's back on my lips. I get his shirt off and just as we start working on my clothes we hear a knock on the door. He gets me down and I give him his shirt. We hear the knock again and I scream loudly. -Coming. I fix my hair and go open the door. -Calix, Angel. Come on in. So good to see you again. C-AJ and CJ are doing a race as always. They'll be here shortly. -That's fine. I take them to the living room. -So, what do you think about my new house? A-Is beautiful. I believe is nice if you have a beach as backyard. -Don't forget the pool. Well, is a lake really but is ours only. C-It feels nice, warm and cozy. This are for you. Ch-Why would I change anything if she's perfect like she is. A-That is so sweet. AJ and CJ-Auntie! -CJ, AJ. They hug me tightly and I take a look at them and how they have grown. -My you've grown. Such fine young men. I make them bend down and as they do I ruffle their hair respectively. They smile as I do and then we laugh all together. -Don't break anything. They laugh and we talk together for a while until they have to go. We wave goodbye and as I go back inside with Chimera I let out a tired sigh. -I'm tired. Ch-Come here. He gives me a soft kiss before he takes my hand and gets me to our room. He gets me undressed and like that he helps me to the jacuzzi we have on our room and I relax on the warm water. He goes away and when he comes back he has a bowl of fruit and another one with sauces and ice cream. He gets in the jacuzzi with me and he gets behind me and starts massaging my shoulders. I sigh with relief as he keeps going on. Ch-Gods, you're tense. -With my family, who wouldn't? I still love them anyways. Ch-Ha, I've been meaning to ask. How is it that your sister has wings? -I think is because of her animal shape shifting ability. Although I've never seen her turn into either water animal or flying one. She mostly turns into felines. Big cats mostly except when she feels lazy and wants to just play around. She turns into a small kitten and climbs to dad's shoulder or to any place she deems comfortable. Ch-Maybe that's her way of relieving stress. Instead of a massage she turns into the adorable kitten. -Ha. Oh my, you have quite the ability with your hands. Ch-Well, they are my main tool at work. They have to be strong. I'm so glad and happy I met you. -Me too. Ch-How do you feel now? I take a moment to answer and I realize I feel so much better. I look at Chimera and he just smiles at me. -I feel so much better. Thanks for the massage. Ch-Anytime. I smile and I lean on him and he hugs me softly. Not long after I fall asleep on his arms. Karma POV I rest on my bed and I look at what used to be Nova's bed. I miss her so much. I sit up and I remember when she used to have nightmares, she would move from her bed to mine during the night without waking me. I would play with her hair until she woke up with a smile. I remember when she would scold me for bothering her. I move to her bed and I feel a tear roll down my face. I have slept without her before so why is now any different? I lie down and I hug the pillow tight to my chest. I cry silently all night unable to sleep. I have my five minutes nap and then wake up again. I am awoken to alert when I hear a knock on the door. Ha-Karma wake up, is breakfast time come on to eat. I clear my throat and give him a little white lie so he leaves me alone. -I just ate. Don't worry about it. Ha-Well then, see you for dinner then. Take care. -Go. I hear him laugh behind the closed door before I hear him walk away and I turn to sleep again. With the passing of the days I stay holed up on my room refusing to go out, sleep or eat. I feel weak and I've run out of tears, probably because I haven't drink anything. My mouth is dry and my stomach is completely empty but I don't feel any hunger or thirst. After a bit I fall asleep hugging the pillow. Karai POV I fly around the forests that are close by and I enjoy the freedom my wings give me. I wonder why did I ever thought of cutting them on the first place. I always thought they were a bother but now that I use them I realize how wrong I was. I am relaxing when my phone rings. I land on top of a tree branch and answer. I realize is late when I focus to check. I agree and I save my phone and take flight for home again. I am the first to get there for what I can see. I fold my wings and step inside. I rest on the couch and as I wait I fall asleep. Hera POV I walk with Hades to have dinner with the two kids that still live with us. I turn to Hades. -Is nice having dinner with them still. Ha-What worries you? I sigh as he knows me all too well. I turn to look away from him and I squeeze his arm tighter. -I'm worried about Karma. Ever since Nova and Chimera came back from their honeymoon he........... Ha-He's more depressed. I guess he can't handle being separated from her definitely just yet. -I only hope he's not in bad shape. Ha-I'll check on him when we get home. I nod and we keep going home. When we get there he does as promised and goes to Karma's room. Hades POV I reach home and as Hera awakes Karai I go check on Karma as I promised. I knock on the door a couple times. -Karma, are you awake? Come out to eat with us. He doesn't answer so I open the door to check on him. I'm utterly horrified at what I find. -KARMA!!! I turn to him and I see that he's completely dehydrated. He has a very high fever and he's shaking. He-Hades? K-Dad? -How fast can you take him to Olympus? K-Fifteen minutes top. I take Karma on my arms and I give it to her. -Make it five, ten at most. We'll catch up. She runs to the window and she jumps and flies at her top speed towards Olympus. I take Hera by the hand and start running us towards the gate at the agency. She doesn't say a word neither does she stays behind keeping up with my speed. After an agonizing hour we are at the infirmary at Olympus and Karma is being treated at the moment. -What's wrong? Doctor-He is severely dehydrated. Once he rests a bit and he gets some food and drink on his body he should be able to be fine and get back to normal. Has he been eating well? Sleeping well on the last couple days? -Not sure, he has been on his room all the time. I talked with him and he would say he already ate. Of course now I see it was not true. Doctor-Well, he will be fine in a couple days. Rest assured, he's always been strong. I give him my thanks and go see him on his room. We all keep together and I massage Karai's wings as always. I turn a bit sad as I kind of forced her to fly here. She must notice because she scolds me a bit. K-Don't worry about me. I'm fine. He must miss Nova a lot. He-Did you called Nova yet? -No and I don't plan on telling her ever. He's not deadly injured or on the brink of death so there is no need to ruin Nova's life with some bad news. Besides he has to learn to live without her. He-Sadly, he does. She gives me a kiss before she gets to his side. She rubs his forehead gently playing with his hair. Karma POV I feel so relaxed. So serene, so at peace. I see Nova at the distance and I smile as she turns to see me. She gives me a warm smile and then she stretches out her hand to me. I take it and I hug her before she uses her fire breath to make a heart shape. I smile and I use my ice breath to make her a heart as well. As I blow I feel the air like I'm choking. I try a bit more but I choke even more when I turn to Nova for help she's gone. I'm still gasping for air when I fall backwards and then I get up screaming. -Ahh. It takes me a moment to realize where I am but when I do I see that Karai, mom and dad are looking at me with worried expressions.
