Alice walked past Betty's bedroom. She tried to be very quiet about going downstairs to sneak FP in. Betty was asleep in there, considering it was the middle of the night. FP was waiting at her back door. His smile grew when she saw her. "Hey baby," He pressed his lips against hers. "I missed you."

"I missed you too. Get in," Alice pulled him in. He pulled her into a kiss again. He walked backwards as they tried to make it up to her room. He hit his back against the banister and he laughed. "Shh," Alice covered his mouth with her lips. FP stumbled back and Alice fell on top of him. Again he let out a chuckle.

"You're going to get us caught," Alice slicked his hair back.

"It's not easy being us," FP put his hands on her hips. "Might as well just stay here."

"Betty is asleep. I don't want to wake up to this." Alice pushed herself up and gave him a hand. She threw him into the bedroom and turned to shut the door quietly. She was stunned when she turned back to see FP already stripped out of his clothes. "Woah you're quick."

"Twenty years is a long time, Al." FP sat on her bed and motioned for her to come closer. She smirked and teased with kisses. She slowly navigated down. He helped her out of her clothes in the process. She looked up at him and he pulled her up onto the bed. He rolled her over and took the top. "You got a little something there."

"What?"

"This," FP lowered himself and left a kiss on her plump lips.

"You're such a dork."

"You love it," He couldn't help but leave another kiss. FP tried to reposition his arm but ended up accidentally leaning his weight against his left side and fell off the bed. He chipped his forehead on the nightstand. Alice heard the bang but didn't see him hurt himself. "You alright," She giggled before checking on him. She stopped when she saw the dab of blood on the corner of the stand.

"Shit, what a mood killer," FP laughed at his clumsiness. He saw the concerned look on her face. "What?" She pointed at his forehead. He brought his hand up to touch it and saw the blood on his fingers.

"Off to the ER," Alice announced getting off the bed. She was stepping back into her clothes.

"Do we have to?" FP pouts.

"Yes Forsythe." Alice tossed him his underwear from the floor.

"Quickie?"

"Not now Forsythe." She grabbed all of his clothes for him. He sighed and got changed.

The receptionist at the front desk was a very kind elderly lady. She flashed them a warm smile when they came in. Her face looked concerned when she saw the bleeding bump on his forehead. "Oh dear, must have been a big blow to the head," The nurse placed a clipboard on the counter for him to take and fill out while they waited to be attended.

"I can assure you it indeed was a big blow to the head." FP grabbed the things from her. Alice pinched his leg for making that inappropriate joke. He didn't care. He was proud of his joke.

"She's a sweet lady. Don't do that."

"It was just a joke baby. She didn't get it anyway." He kissed her cheek and they sat down. He kept the rag on the wound to absorb the blood oozing out. Alice filled the paperwork out for him. She took it back to the front desk when she was done. A few minutes later a nurse led them to a room where a doctor was ready to attend FP.

"I think you're going to need a little more than a piece of rubber for protection," Fred walked into the hospital. He couldn't help but laugh at what he was seeing. Knowing these two it must have been a wild incident in the bedroom.

"It's not funny," Alice says.

"It's a little funny honey," FP didn't mind the banter. Fred had always walked himself into weird things between them when they were younger. He also knew that what his eyes see his mouth doesn't speak.

"So are you alright?" Fred pointed at his own forehead to refer to the stitches on his.

"Yeah. It wasn't deep. Doc said a few painkillers will do me just fine."

"So what brings you here so late at night?" Alice turns the questions back to Fred.

"Well I wanted to check on my recovery and see if everything is alright. Sharp pains kept waking me up."

"How about FP stays to keep you company?"

"I what?" FP looked at her and then back at Fred. "No offense but I was expecting to go back to bed."

"I don't want him to stay here alone. Keep him company. I've got to go clean up your mess. I don't want Betty to wake up and see your blood in my room."

"Point taken," FP ultimately agreed. "So Freddie? Up for some company?"

"It would be great. I'm guessing it could also work as a cover up for that," Fred mentions the stitches again. He thought it would be a lot easier for them to explain that Fred brought FP to the ER after he called for his help instead of telling the truth.

"You've always been a bright one," FP pats his shoulder. He kissed Alice goodbye before heading to the lobby with Fred. "Night Al."

"Goodnight FP."

Fred grabbed a clipboard from the front desk to fill out too. He took a seat next to where FP was waiting for him. "So what caused that?"

"I fell off the bed."

"Same ol' same ol' with you two." Fred laughed and shook his head.
