Y/n's pov

I'm at the cafe now, oh, but it's not April anymore, it's August and Kei is out and about because I forced him to deal with the wedding planner... Well, actually he dropped me off here because I was so close to verbally assaulting the planner because she kept flirting with Kei. Oh yeah, Kei is with a new planner now, some old man.

Now, what am I doing at the cafe you may ask?

Well, I am still taking Korean lessons from my dad, Hyun.

"Her speaking is better than yours," Marigold comments.

"It is not," Hyun says. "Is it?"

It's not, but Marigold seems to really enjoy bothering her husband, but I know they love each other.

"Obviously not you big sack of rocks," she says tugging his ear. "But her Japanese and English is far better than yours."

I love these two, I know you guys barely get to see any of my relationship with Marigold and Hyun, but I've gotten really close to them over the past months.

"Anyway, I've been meaning to ask you something Marigold," I say.

"What is it?" she asks. "And no, I will not convince Tsukishima to let you have microwave tv dinners at the wedding."

"I want you to make the cake, even though it's gonna be a lot of work and take a lot of time, you make the best. So will you?" I ask.

"Sure, give me a moment," she says promptly leaving to the employees-only room.

After that, we could hear her little celebration then she came back. I knew she wanted to make the cake, she thinks she's slick reading those wedding cake magazines.

"Okay, what kind of cake?" she asks. "Strawberry shortcake?"

"Yeah, but we must conceal that from Kei," I say. "So no strawberries on top and tell him it's like chocolate. That way, when we cut it he makes his surprised face, y'know when he sees the strawberries inside."

"Okay, okay," she nods her head. "I'll make it perfect, don't worry."

"And Hyun, do you want to-?" I start.

"Oh my god yes, I want to come to the dress place with you," he says. "I'll buy you whichever one you want okay?"

"Jesus Hyun, let the girl breath," Marigold says. "You are gonna start sounding creepy, you should practice your Japanese more."

"I am not gonna start sounding creepy," he says. "What's wrong with wanting to watch a girl try on dresses that she looks good in then buying her favourite one... Okay I see how that can sound creepy this is why I'm teaching him Korean so we can talk better."

And before you wonder why I'm not dragging Marigold off to the dress shop with me, well does Marigold really seem like the type of lady who would want to spend her day surrounded by dresses and stuff? Well maybe she'd like that, but she loves her cafe and wants to spend her day playing with baking supplies.

"And yes, I was gonna ask you to come to the dress place with me," I say.

Look at me go, actively pursuing long-term relationships that I won't ruin, now this is what I call character development.

Should Hyun walk Y/n down the aisle? And who should be her maid of honour? Plan her wedding for me, since y'all are the ones who are gonna have to read it.
