It's been a months time...December 15th to be exact. We celebrated Scarlett's birthday with Rose and had a whole day of laziness..as Scarlett called it. That's all she wanted to do so I made sure she we catered to her every request and when she wanted a movie night at the end of the night rose and I transformed my living room into a movie theater with a huge bed in the middle to snuggle on.

Then came thanksgiving. Scar and rose went to her mom and I stayed home to prepare for my trial. I'm representing a big time actor in a defamatory case and I needed everything to go perfect. That is the case I'm still working on and we are just about at closing arguments.

Scar was a little upset I couldn't make thanksgiving but understood. I think her mom was more upset than her though. She has told her about us and is very excited to meet me properly. We've been dating for over a month and I haven't met her yet. I know I know I should've met her by now but I'm scared!

I'm just leaving the courthouse now and run into Nikki once again.

"Hey y/n sorry I've been so busy but do you think we can schedule that meeting again?" She asks running up to my car before I get into it

"Yea but I'll call you when I get home to schedule it ok?" I say remembering what went down last time.

"Sure sure thank you!" She says letting me go now.

After a battle with paparazzi to leave I finally am on the freeway. Scarlett starts calling me and her name pops up on the screen. I hit the answer for speaker phone

"Hey babe. Just left the courthouse what's up?" I ask

"Uhh johnnys here. He- he doesn't look good." She says fast but quietly

"What do you mean. He only left an hour before me because I had to talk with the defense team." I ask worried

"Y/n I think he's high. He's mumbling nonsense and his eyes are bloodshot and dilated. I don't smell alcohol so it has to be that." She says and I floor the gas because now I'm really worried.

So yes I am representing Johnny Depp in his defamatory case against his ex wife amber heard. And no I don't believe that he could be violent but what if. What if???? I can't let scarlet be out in a position like that again.

"Babe go in the bedroom and tell him to wait by the pool. Please." I ask her calmly

"Okay he's not angry or anything but please hurry." She says and hangs up. I finally get to my house, 25 minutes later and run through my doors. First place I go is to my bedroom. The doors locked so that's a good sign. Right?  I knock twice and say "scar it's me" she opens it immediately and I hug her tightly

"I'm so sorry I put you in this situation. Are you okay?"

Yes I'm fine he was fine to me. I just have to get going to pick up from rose from school."

Okay let's go I'll walk you out.

I walk her to the front door and make sure she gets in the car and drives away. Next time to find Johnny.

I walk to the roof by the pool and I see him smoking a cigarette bopping his head to an imaginary beat.

"Johnny boy how you doing man?" I say still dressed in the clothes I left the court house in.
He's changed though. He has no suit on anymore and instead he has a tank top and baggy jeans. It's 30• out what is wrong with him.

"Y/n my favorite lawyer. I'm doing grreat. He says but I notice he slurs that last word.
Scar was right his pupils are huge.

"You take anything bud?" I ask and he just looks at me empty.
