When we got Jaha back, he came with good news and bad news. Octavia made it in, but Echo wanted to speak with Bellamy about the surrender.

"Bellamy pay attention," Indra spoke to his wandering mind. We were in a tunnel discussing how Bellamy needs to approach this. "She's part of the royal guard, she's a spy. Echo is extremely dangerous and very loyal."

"Not to the people who saved her life," Bellamy brought up.

"Listen to her Bellamy," I told him. "You have to stay collected. The goal is to keep her talking as long as possible."

He looked to me as he spoke to me, "stay hidden." I nodded to him as Bellamy gave Murphy his gun. Bellamy glanced at me one last time before strutting out to meet Echo. I watched on the outskirts as they approached each other. I couldn't hear them talking, but when I went to move closer Kane held his arm out to stop me.

"Your orders are to stay back," he said to me. I sighed as I turned my gaze back to Bellamy and Echo. I watched patiently as Bellamy conversed with her for a while. That was until Echo turned away and Bellamy lunged to grab her arm. She reacted quickly, taking him down to the floor and held her weapon against his throat. I pulled a knife out of my belt as I tried to go forward once again. Kane stopped me for the second time, making me a little pissed off.

"Guns on the ground or he dies," Echo's raised voice ordered.

"Listen to her!" Kane announced to us. Everyone began setting their weapons down except for me. Kane had to pull the knife out of my hand. As soon as our weapons were down, soldiers pulled Bellamy up and took him to follow Echo. They were going into where the King was.

"Let me go Kane," I warned him, but he wouldn't release my arms.

"You can not follow them in there. Trust that they can handle this," he told me. I nodded and turned away from Kane, I was no longer in his grasp. I went deeper into the shelter we were in, I turned the corner and found myself in a bedroom like space. Since there was no one around and most of the people were outside, I got comfortable on the dirty mattress.

I pulled the blanket over my entire body, I just needed to rest for a little bit. My leg was pulsing with pain and my body was tired. I fell asleep right when I laid my head down.

I woke up in the same position I fell asleep in, I knew I had slept for way longer than I intended. I was confused as to why no one was around or why no one woke me up. I made myself stand up even though my wound screamed at me not to.

I limped quietly out of the room and saw no one. Everyone was gone including Kane and Abby which I found odd. Kane would not have left without telling me. I felt even more on edge that I had no idea where Bellamy was. Things could have gone completely south while I slept like a rock.

I went back over to the room I was in to search for clothes. Bellamy told me to stay hidden and that's what I was going to do by blending in. I layered on ripped fabric I found as well as a mask that would cover the lower half of my face.

Once I was sure I dressed to the occasion, I waddled my way outside. It was no longer dark out, I realized I had slept for hours. I could hear a large crowd chanting 'jus drein jus daun' not too far from me. This confirmed to me that Bellamy and the rest of my friends were here, I just didn't know where.

I tried to walk as normally as possible as I scaled the outside of the buildings around me. I saw grounders ahead of me, but they walked right past without taking a second look at me. I felt my nerves calm at the fact that I looked the part.

I looked into every window and crevice carefully as I moved along, so far I found nothing. The next building is where I found something good. There was a large window and when I lifted myself up to see in I saw Roan talking to Echo. He survived so my initial plan worked, but he didn't help my friends. I could hear Echo telling him to kill Wanheda and to not appear weak before his people. She pulled out a crown made of bones. I could no longer hear what they were saying because they now spoke quieter.
