"Hey, have you guys seen Bellamy?" I asked, walking up to Monty and Jasper as they were organizing rations. He told me he'd find me after he talked to Clarke, but he never did and that was a while ago. I was starting to get nervous that something may have happened.

"Him and Clarke just left camp, looking for a supply depo the Ark said was around," Monty answered.

I was a little disappointed he never told me he was leaving and kind of mad at myself for not knowing about this. I could have went with them to help.

"Monty, those Jobi nuts look like they could have gone bad," I told him, realizing he was about to eat a handful of them.

"These are not bad yet," he replied while tossing them in his mouth. Jasper continued to eat them as well.

"They'll make you see things if they're not fine, but okay," I shrugged my shoulders at him.

"If you're right, I'll set lights up in your hut. But you won't be, so when you realize you're wrong, I get your unused fuzzy socks that I know you have," Monty offered a bet. Monty and I were extremely smart anything nature related, it felt like we were constantly competing in a friendly way. Now I kind of get to prove to him that I'm at least a tiny bit smarter than him in something.

"Deal," I agreed to his terms. I've been wanting lights to be set up in my hut for a while now. We nodded in agreement and I walked off to behind the drop ship. I started to work out behind there. I wasn't as strong as I wanted to be, but no way was I going to do an entire workout in front of the eyes of the camp.

After my workout, I finished shaping my knives the way I wanted them to be. I was impressed with my work too. The handles were smooth and comfortable to hold while the blades were sharp and deadly. I was sucked out of my admiration for the knives when I heard Octavia yelling my name. Once I ran over to her, we were both standing still with out jaws hanging at the sight.

"Oh my god... I fucking called it," I said as Octavia and I watched practically the entire camp trip balls.

"What? You know what the hell this is?" Octavia questioned.

"Monty and I made a bet, I told him that the Jobi nuts were bad and he ate them to prove me wrong. Apparently I was right," I tried to to hold in my laugh because Octavia's face was serious. I was also happy that I was going to get lights and keep my socks. After a minute of silent panicking, Octavia grabbed my shoulders.

"You just helped me so much," she looked like she could kiss me. She took off to the drop ship and now I saw how I accidentally helped her. She was getting the grounder out of here.

I trusted Octavia completely, but what she was doing could be really dangerous. We still didn't really know who this guy was or who his people were. But, I decided not to break that trust when I chose to calm the camp chaos instead of stopping her.

After a few hours of Raven and I dealing with nonsense, everyone was back to normal.

"The grounder is gone!" I could hear Miller panic as he walked out of the drop ship.

"Let the grounders come," my head automatically turned at the sound of Bellamy's voice. He was okay. My relief was quickly replaced with frustration.

Bellamy and Clarke revealed the arsenal of guns they brought back from their trip, explaining to the camp that we were to start training tomorrow. Bellamy finally saw me once the cluster of people cleared from in front of me, I was too short to be seen otherwise. He quickly approached to where I was standing, but I wasn't really having it.

I made my way to my hut, not really sure if he was following me. I was pleased when I entered my shelter though, Monty had just put the finishing touches to the lights in there.

"A deal is a deal," he smiled to me then left me alone in the hut.

I should've known Bellamy was going to follow me, he came in just a second after Monty left. He was just staring at me, trying to gage my emotions before he spoke. I felt awkward in the silence.

"I'm sorry I didn't come find you before," he finally said. I watched as he took the gun off from his shoulder and place his backpack down on the ground. His backpack was filled with rations and supplies. More than a day's trip worth.

My anger rose, "you were going to leave." I looked back up to his eyes and he shifted uncomfortably.

"You're still going to leave?" I asked, hoping it wasn't true and I just made it up in my mind. Unfortunately, I have a bad habit of being right.

"I can't be here when the Ark comes down. Jaha will kill me or lock me up forever," he tried explaining himself, but to me there wasn't a good enough reason for him to ditch me.

I stepped forward to close the space between us, "you can't leave, Bellamy."

He didn't say anything, just held a look of apology.

"We can figure something out, but you can't leave. You can't leave me," I admitted, holding back any tears trying to fight forward. I would not be alive right now if it weren't for him, plus he kissed me. How could he forget about that?

His expression changed from sorrow to regret. I knew I had changed his mind when he nodded at me. We were standing closer than I thought, I could hear his breathing. I felt his hands place themselves on my hips and pull me in so our bodies were against each other.

His lips were on mine once again. My heart sped up at the taste of him. I didn't realize until now how badly I wanted him to kiss me again. His contact was heavy on my face which made me lean back slightly, but his hands kept a hold on me. I matched my movement against his lips, my hands unconsciously latching to the back of his neck.

He pulled back first, making my eyes open to find his. They were full of possession, he wanted me to feel that I was his. He leaned forward again to place a soft kiss on my forehead.

"You got lights in here?" He noticed as his head lifted from mine. Interesting thing to notice after we just kissed each other like that.

I let out a small laugh, "yeah I won a bet against Monty about those stupid Jobi nuts."

"That's cute," he replied with a small huff.

He had a small smile, but it soon faded, "how are we going to get Jaha to pardon me?"

I stayed quiet as I tried to think of something, I could tell he was doing the same thing.

"Do you know who wanted him dead?" I asked.

His eyes widened at my question, "we should find Clarke." This confirmed to me that he did know who wanted Jaha dead, Clarke would be able to set up the meeting.

We left my hut in search of Clarke. She wasn't hard to find, because she just left her tent across the way from us. Bellamy explained the situation to her, but I had a request for myself.

"Clarke, can you try to convince Jaha to let me talk to my parents?" I asked knowing it was a long shot.

Clarke placed her hand on my upper arm, "I will do everything I can to make that happen."

I felt Bellamy's eyes on me as I wrapped my arms around Clarke. It was the only way I could think of thanking her that showed how grateful I was for it.
