We were all waiting by the bridge in Sanctum while Raven started to tap the code on the orb. Jordan was standing in front of me with a massive hunk of tech on his back, this was how his idea was going to work. Jordan said there was no chance it would fail and Indra had told Wonkru what our plan was.

Our faces lit up green when Raven was finished, I was honestly getting tired of seeing this anomaly pop up. It didn't feel real that we could just jump to another planet in seconds. I reached my hand up to place it on Jordan's shoulder before he walked through, "we've got this."

Jordan looked over to give me a small nod, then he disappeared to Bardo. He told us to wait for a short minute before following after him so he could shut down what he needed to.

"Indra, it's time," Bellamy announced. Indra ordered for Wonkru to advance, so we did. I walked beside Bellamy through the vibrant glow and next thing we knew, we were in Bardo.

Wonkru fanned out and placed their shields up for cover. There must've been hundreds of disciples ahead of us, none of them were invisible and they were in a panic just like we predicted.

"This is not the stone room," Hope spoke out. We thought the bridge would take us inside, but they seemed to move it in preparation.

"The distraction can still work," Indra stated. "Insertion team, go now!"

"Copy that," Raven spoke, we were no longer able to see our friends in the suits. "Echo, lead the way."

"The rest of you, into the trees!" Indra shouted with her sword raised. Instead of running towards the disciple army, we ran the opposite way. Bellamy, Indra, Niylah, Hope, Jordan and I found a spot to settle behind a fallen tree trunk. It was a good spot for cover and visibility. The other army was noticeably confused as to why we weren't shooting at them. We all propped our guns up on top of the trunk, we still had to be prepared.

"Well, they're distracted," Jordan panted.

"Yeah, long enough for us to die," Hope said as she positioned her gun.

"We all die," Indra stated. "When is out of our control, this a good how."

Now it was a peacefully chaotic standoff. No one was shooting at each other, but all of us had our guns aimed and shouts filled the air. Hopefully it would be able to last until our friends finished this.

Bellamy and I kept our line of sight through our scopes as he spoke to me, "if someone starts firing, you need to get out of here."

I could not believe after all these years that he thought I would listen to that, "you know I won't. Part of this plan was my idea, I'm going to see it through."

I saw him shift and tense up at my words, but he decided against telling me again. We just had to wait, that's it. It shouldn't be too hard. And it wasn't until rounds fired from a singular gun towards the disciples.

I looked over to the area in the trees where the gun shots came from as Indra bellowed, "who fired? No one respond!"

Then on the other side of the battlefield, someone came running in the middle. He was holding a gun and wore a pristine white outfit like the disciples had.

"Hold your fire! Don't shoot!" He stressed as his running slowed to a stop. Following him, Octavia, Echo and Reese halted on the outskirts. This man was obviously with them. "Listen to me! This is not the last war. We don't achieve transcendence through violence. Cadogan was wrong. We're being tested right now, all of us. Put down your weapons!"

Then rapid shots fired once again, this time they weren't stopping. One of them shot the man making the speech and he collapsed. The intensity of the initial gunfire only caused more to go off, bullets began to spray every which way. Both Bellamy and Indra were yelling for people to hold, but their voices were drowned out by the sounds of shots.
