As the sun shined through the sky in the morning in a bedroom that was part of a four room house that was blue on the outside with a set of windows in the different rooms a young man was rubbing his eyes as he got out of bed in that moment due to being tired yet worried about something . This teen had black hair with silver streak in it and blue eyes that looked pretty but at the same time had a little bit of iciness to them and as he got out of bed he took off his shirt to expose a developing set of six pack abs that would impress any girl that saw them as well as what appeared to be a raven tattoo on his chest that seemed to be important to this young man . The teen walked to the closet/dresser and then pulled out some clothes which were a black Henley shirt and a pair of blue jeans before heading out to the bathroom near his bedroom.
The young teen then turned on the water in the shower before setting his clothes down and then plugging his IPhone into the charger on the sink before he turned on " Nightmare " by Avenged Sevenfold which started to play as he hopped into the shower . As the young man stood in the shower he ran his hand down his chest towards his tattoo which he has always wondered when he got this and why it has been on his body and so he scratched it for a moment as he thought " I don't know why but it seems that this mark is important to me somehow as well as it makes me different " before he finished his shower . A few moments later the teen was fully dressed and then picked up his phone before reading through a few texts on his phone for the next minute .
As he read one particular text which read " Hey Adam i was wondering how you were doing and wanted to say that me and your aunt are coming to visit for thanksgiving so can't wait to see you " his face went from amused to blank as he turned his phone off and then headed to his room before picking up his bag and then sat down at the breakfast table where a younger boy sat down with a plate of pancakes . This was Connor who was Adam's younger brother who looked like their mother Kara with brown hair and had their father Luke's blue eyes which made him look good even thought he was fifteen which amused him and so he said to his brother " Hey bro you ready to be a junior this year ?" with Adam shaking his head and picking up a plate of food before sitting down and saying " sure if you want to call it that i mean yeah i am ready to be a junior but i have other things to worry about you know ?" with Connor smiling at his brother's tone before he ate the rest of his food .
At the same time Kara and Luke walked down the stairs into the kitchen dressed for work with Kara having the same brown hair as her son along with green eyes while Luke had black hair and the blue eyes that Adam had as well and so Kara said " Hey Adam sweetheart can you watch out for your brother? i understand you got your own life just keep him out of trouble " with Adam running his hand down his face before nodding as he kissed her cheek and said " sure mom you know i will " before he grabbed his bag as he heard a honk outside of the house and said " i got to go " as he walked out the door and then sat in his best friend Charlie's car . Charlie was a young man with light brown hair and emerald green eyes that looked good on him according to a bunch of girls that were in their grade but Charlie just shrugged it off .
So as Adam sat down in his seat he gave his best friend a fist bump in the next moment . before starting the car up and said " How you doing today bro ? you ready to be a junior ?" with Adam chuckling as he turned on his phone and said " yeah bro but i also feel this year is going to be a lot different than the last two years you know what i mean ?" before Charlie smirked and said " i do bro i feel a change coming on" as he pulled onto the road and headed to the high school . The school was a big one with a red-brownish color with the sign saying " North Derrickson High School " with a mountain cat as the mascot and so as Adam and Charlie were getting out of the car Adam said " alright let's go and start our year don't you think ?" with Charlie smirking before he said " i agree let's go " .
So then they walked into the school before Adam plugged in his phone and then turned on " Skeletons" by Heartist while he walked to his locker where he then opened the door and then put his books for the first set of classes that he had in the morning into his bag while he also put the ones he had for his later classes in his locker before he grabbed his bag and as he was walking into the classroom for his Chemistry class he accidentally knocked down a young woman with red almost auburnish hair and grey eyes that looked entrancing to the young man and so as Adam sat on his legs he said in a apologetic tone " Man i'm sorry let me help you up " as he held his hand out before the girl grabbed his hand .
Then with a grateful smile on her face the red haired girl said " Thanks it's OK i'm Alice but i think you knew this " which was evident on Adam's face as he secretly had a crush on her but he didn't know how to tell Alice and so he said " Yeah I've seen you around but never got a chance to say hi so here we are " with Alice smiling before she said " well i got to sit down but maybe we can talk later OK?" and Adam nodded before he chose his seat with his books out on the desk while the teacher who was a young man in his 20's with brown hair and brown eyes said " Hello there i'm Mr Daniels and i'll be your teacher for Chemistry " as he handed out the rules and the classwork papers he then started their class for the time being and as Adam listened to the class rules and other things being talked about he turned around for a moment before he saw Alice listening in as well.
So she noticed him before smiling and quietly waving at him which Adam blushed at before waving back and Alice couldn't help but smile cutely at this as she found it cute before the class ended and so as they walked out of the classroom Adam said " um i was thinking if you have lunch around 5th period maybe we can you know sit together but if you don't then we can maybe meet up somewhere else ?" with Alice quickly thinking about it for a moment before saying " I believe i do have that class that period so we can meet up " before she smiled and left for her next class with Charlie noticing the smile on Adam's face as he said " come on lover boy let's go " and then pushed Adam forward which amused the young man . The time went by and so Adam sat down in his Lunch period with a tray of food as he was hungry and so as he then ate some of his food he looked up and saw Alice walking towards him.
So he asked " Hi want to sit down with me ?" with Alice smiling before she said " sure i would like to " and so she sat down before saying " so how has your day been so far?" with Adam shrugging before he said " not too bad got some papers i need to sign later but it's been good how about you?" and Alice shook her head before replying " not too bad either i also got some things to sign but overall it's been good " and so they ate their food for the next hour while talking about different things such as movies and music they liked until the period was done and so Adam got his books together before telling Alice " I'll talk to you later OK?" with Alice smiling and nodded before they left the cafeteria . Eventually the day went by and so as Adam sat down in his final class for the day which was History he then looked up in surprise as he found out Alice was also in this class which made him happy as he could get to know her some more and so as she sat down next to him she said " so you ready to be bored by stuff we could not use in our lives ?."
Adam then chuckled and replied " not really but it might be interesting who knows ?" with Alice smiling and shaking her head before their teacher a woman with black hair and blue eyes walking into the classroom and saying " Hello my name is Mrs. Peterson and i'll teaching you History " before she gave out the usual paperwork and so they learned about what they would be learning for the class before the bell rang later and so Adam and Alice walked out before they stopped at her locker and so Adam said " So um i'll see you later but i was also wondering if this is not too weird would you like to swap info like i could get your phone and email so we can talk if that's cool?" before Alice smiled happily.
She nodded as she said " I would like that so yeah that sounds good " as she took out some paper and wrote down her info before handing it to Adam as he did the same thing before she said " i'll talk to you later " as she walked away with Adam smiling . Later at home Adam was sitting in his seat at the kitchen table working on his homework as he had gotten a ride from Charlie after he had went to his first practice of Cross Country and so as he finished the paperwork he looked up and saw Connor sitting down as well and so he asked " You got some work to do as well ?" before Connor nodded and rubbed his head before he said " not too much work you know ? i mean it was the first day so it wasn't too much work " to which Adam nodded and he got up as he walked into the recreation room and then plopped down on the couch as he turned on the tv and then watched some Game of Thrones for the next hour before he fell asleep .
Once he got up a while later Adam sat down for dinner before he scooped some food onto his plate and then said to his parents " So my day was not too bad i met someone today and we got to talking so yeah overall it was good " which made Luke raise his eyebrow before asking " is this person a girl if i may ask ?" before Adam nodded and blushed as he replied " Yeah her name is Alice and she seems like a great girl " while he ate his food before getting up and then walked to his room before he read some of his new textbooks for the night as he also sent Alice a text that read " Hey hope to talk to you soon like maybe tomorrow and hope to get to know you some more " before he went to sleep .
