Once the next few weeks came and went Adam and his family were able to enjoy the spring days with no problems so far as they had no attacks from Auriex and his goons and so as Adam and Alice were practicing with their skills Adam said to his girlfriend " Do you feel worried about anything babe ?" before Alice who was working on channeling her magic into a sword that Luke had given her to defend herself with said " i don't think so i mean i don't feel any negative vibes in the air or anything but let's keep our senses out for anything " and so they finished their workout before Alice kissed her boyfriend and headed to her house before they had to go to school and so as Adam headed to the bathroom with some clothes he said to Connor " dude meet me in the kitchen OK ? i'm hitting the shower " which Connor nodded at.
Then Adam walked into the bathroom before he took his shower for the next few minutes while Connor took out some food and began to cook breakfast . At the same time Luke and Kara were getting ready for work when Luke said to his wife " How you feeling about our date tonight ?" as Luke and Kara were going out for dinner to spend some time together as they were able to trust their sons with the house and Kara smiled at her husband before she kissed him and said " I'm fine babe yes i am happy to be going out tonight " which Luke shook his head at and they headed out to the kitchen before seeing their sons eating breakfast . As Adam and Connor headed to the school in their cars Adam thought to himself " So i wonder what me and my lovely girlfriend will do tonight i mean we have the house to ourselves ."
He then continued to say " so maybe we can have a few friends over i don't know if Charlie will want to come over i'll ask him later " as he pulled into the school parking lot and then walked to his locker before doing his morning locker routine as he got ready for his classes that morning . Once he was finished with that Adam felt Alice wrap her arm around his waist and so he kissed her before he asked " so what do you want to do tonight ?" with Alice thinking about it for a moment as they walked into their class for the first few hours of the day before she said " i'll get back to you at lunch " and so the day began . Adam stood on the lunch line a few hours later as he picked up his tray and got a cheeseburger and fries on it as well as a soda can before he paid for the food and as he stepped out of the line he said to Alice as she held her books " so what were you going to tell me earlier ?" .
Alice was smiling at him before she said " well i was thinking that we could get maybe one or two friends and have a small gathering at the house you know ? that way you're parents don't lose their trust in you and we can have a good time " before Adam said " maybe let's ask Charlie and maybe someone else or if they don't want to then you and me can spend the time together " and so they ate their food and worked on their homework . Once they were done with their classes Adam headed to Charlie's locker before he asked " Hey dude you want to come over tonight you me and Alice just hang out ?" with Charlie looking apologetic as he said " It's not a good night dude i'm sorry but it's my sister's birthday and so i want to be there with my family " before Adam nodded in understanding.
So he said " it's fine dude tell your family that i wish them happy night you know ?" with Charlie nodding before they headed out to their cars and so that afternoon Adam and Alice were sitting down with some music playing and Alice laying on her boyfriend's lap as they settled into the couch for the next few minutes . Later that night as Adam and Alice were making out on the bed in his room Adam said " Want to go make some dinner with me ?" and Alice nodded with a smile before they headed out to the kitchen and then began to cook some french toast and eggs for the night .
Once they had their food Adam held out his girlfriend's chair before she smiled and then sat down with Adam joining her and so he asked " do you think we will win this whole thing ?" before Alice swallowed some of her food and said "We'll see babe i hope so but we might suffer some losses " which Adam nodded at and then they cleaned off their plates before sitting down and watching some TV . After Alice had gone home Adam cleaned himself up before he then relaxed for the night and went to bed .
