So as Adam was standing in his backyard that morning around 5 or 6 in the morning while holding his phone as he was going to choose the music for his workout or at least the part of the workout that would be in the backyard he then turned on his music and chose the "Dishonored " soundtrack before kneeling on his knees as he closed his eyes and sent energy into his optic nerves before he opened them and saw that the world around him had auras of red and black and so he walked to the tree near the house before sitting down and concentrated on making the energy stay in his eyes for as long as he could keep it for the next amount of time while he thought to himself " OK after this i'm going to go to the gym and work out there for some time before going to meet up with Sarah at the cafe" before he stretched his arm.
After that Adam then went on to say "But then i have to work on some homework " before he then got to his feet . Adam then smiled as he knew he had made some progress due to the fact that he could see a good amount of auras with his Shadow Vision and then Adam walked into the house before grabbing his keys and then headed over to the gym before signing in due to having a membership and then headed to the weight room before he yelped in surprise as he said " hey dude what's up?" to Charlie who was working out there for the morning with Charlie grinning as he said " nothing much just training " before he asked " what's new with you you working out as well ?" which Adam nodded and he said " just getting some exercise in you know ?" as both men moved over to the weights before picking up two twenty pound weights .
Then as Adam started to work with the weights he then asked " so what else you doing for the day ? i mean you must have something else planned for the afternoon right ?" before Charlie smiled in a amused manner before he said " not really i will probably go out and see what i can find for entertainment you know ? " but then Charlie's face turned serious as he said " but not in the drugs and alchohol way you know ? i would never poison my body that way until i know i can handle the booze and not use those horrible drugs " as he put the weights down and moved over to the bar that had no weights on it . Adam nodded as he personally hated the idea of smoking and using drugs as they could have very negative effects on his body due to his abilities and so he vowed to never use them unless they were prescribed for him by a doctor .
As for drinking well he hated the smell of alcohol and so he would only drink if he was at a wedding or special occasion and so Adam finished his weight session before standing over Charlie's form as he did twenty reps with the bar for the next few minutes . The workout session was soon done and so both boys got showered and dressed before Adam said " hit me up if you want to do anything OK man ?" as he fist bumped Charlie before heading out to his car while Charlie called out " no problem man i'll let you know " while sitting down in his own vehicle . Adam pulled out of the parking spot before heading to the Moonlight cafe where he then sat in his car before pulling out his phone and sent to Sarah " I'm at the cafe we need to talk about something " and then stretching his body before walking into the cafe and then choosing a booth by the window .
Sarah walked into the small cafe before saying " Hey how are you ?" as she sat down in front of Adam who nodded and said " i'm confused but first let's order " and then a young man came over and said " Hello my name is David and i'll be your server what can i get the two of you ?" in a friendly voice and so Adam smiled back before replying " OK so i'll get a hot chocolate please " and then he motioned to Sarah who nodded back before responding with " I'll take a cup of coffee please" before David said " no problem i'll be right back " and walked away with Adam shaking his head for a moment before he said " now that that is over let's get down to why i asked you to come here ". Sarah nodded at this as their drinks came to them and said " OK what is it ?" before Adam said " Do you know anything about splitting your soul in pieces ? " to which Sarah gasped as she had a throatful of coffee in her mouth before she swallowed.
Then in the next few seconds said in a disbelieving tone " Splitting soul into halves? what do you know about that and where did you find it ?" before Adam swallowed some of his own drink and said " First i know that it's possible for someone of our race to do this and second i found it in a library in my mind during a dream i had a while ago " and as he said this Sarah just tried to get her mind to focus around this concept that somehow Adam had found out about it and so she said " OK well first it has been done only one time but it had been disastrous to the man who did this and only when he died did he come back to his full being" before she sipped some more and then waited till she was done drinking before continuing to speak.
Once she was done with her coffee Sarah then said " As for the library part i don't know how you got it but keep this info safe as i don't want anything to happen to you " before Adam said " well there's something else , there has been some being who looks like me but if i was corrupted and dark looking and he has been attacking me to say the least during different part of my days and so i was wondering if you could help me in some way" . Sarah took some sips of her drink and said " sure let's see how it goes from here " before they finished their drinks and headed home.
Adam then took a nap for a while before it was dinner time and after dinner Adam then worked on his writing before he went to bed .
