The time passed and so it was now March which meant that it was time for St Patrick's day and so as Adam was getting the eggs and bacon out for himself in the morning before he had to go to school he was also listening to some of "Mind of Mine" by Zayn which was a great album in his opinion even if the critics didn't like it as much and so after the eggs were cooked and the bacon was in the pan Adam got the silverware and a plate out before his parents walked into the room and Kara asked " Honey do you need any help with that ?" with Adam shaking his head and replying " no thanks mom " as he put the food on the plate before sitting down and eating while deleting anything on his phone he didn't need or use .
At the same time Connor walked into the room and made his breakfast of peanut butter on toast before sitting down and eating while Luke and Kara got their coffee and put it in two mugs. Then the parents stood by the counter as they talked about something in a lowered voice until they heard " Hello People !" as Charlie ran into the room with Kara saying in a amused voice " Hello Charlie how's it going for you ?" with the young man replying " Not too bad Mrs D " while rubbing the back of his neck which amused Adam and so he said " you ready to go dude ?" with Charlie nodding and so as they walked out of the room Adam said to his brother " Later i'll see if i can help you out with your abilities like what i have OK ?" with Connor nodding and fist bumping him .
Once they were at school Adam and Charlie got out of the cars before heading to their lockers and then Charlie said " i'll see you later OK bro?" with Adam nodding before fist bumping him and Charlie headed to his locker before Adam got his books out and then closed his locker as Alice was getting her own materials out of her locker with a look on her face that seemed to indicate she was thinking about something . So Adam kissed her cheek and said " you OK ? you seem to be thinking hard about something " before Alice shook her head and said " it's nothing i'm OK babe " which Adam nodded at before they headed to their classes for the morning. Once it was time for lunch a while later Adam was walking out of his chemistry class and sitting down in lunch when his ring was glowing again but Adam didn't know what was happening so he decided to keep a eye out for anything weird.
Then he got up and then headed over to the lunch line to grab his food and once he came back he saw his girlfriend working on her work for the time being while her food tray sat to the side and so he sat down before squeezing her hand and starting on his homework . Alice looked up and smiled at her boyfriend as he was finishing his homework for History before she put her work away and then sighed in contentment before she headed over to the dessert line and got two cookies for her and her boyfriend before she sat down and handed one to Adam who nodded gratefully at her and then dug into his cookie while reading the novelization of Wonder Woman . Once the period was done Adam and Alice went to their classes for the afternoon before they were going to visit Sarah and do some more training for the day .
So as they stood by Adam's locker while he grabbed what he needed for his work Alice asked her boyfriend " do you think Connor will have anything related to your abilities or will he have some special powers of his own ?" before Adam raised his head out of his locker and said " not sure i mean maybe he will have some of the universal abilities like strength speed and stamina as well as usage of the Shadow Energy but at the same time he might have his own skills so who knows ?" before they headed home and then did their homework before driving to Sarah's place . Once they went into the manor Sarah came up to them and said " you guys want to do some more training ?" with Adam nodding and he said at the same time " i also want to see what Connor's skills are too " and so they headed to the training room before Connor showed up.
Then as both guys stood to the side Sarah was in front of Alice who was channeling her power through her hands as she said " let's go" before she dashed in front of Alice and attempted to strike her before Alice dodged to the side and then sent out a shock wave from her hands which knocked Sarah back which allowed Alice time to sent out her Magma Devastation spell which struck Sarah and burned some of her clothes which amazed Connor as he said to his brother " She's amazing you know ?" before Adam chuckled and said " wait till you see what you can do " . Eventually Alice struck Sarah with the Shadow Sickle spell before Sarah said " You win good job " and so she stood in front of Connor as she said " OK let's see what you can do " before Connor nodded and then Sarah attacked her protege's brother for the next few minutes with Connor dodging her blows and using some of his strength to fight back .
They were soon done before Sarah said " Alright let's now check to see what you can do " and so she asked him to try and form the energy around him into a weapon . Connor nodded and then felt for the energy in him before it formed several weapons and Adam looked proud of his brother before Connor stopped and Sarah said " Good work now you can join us for our training " before Adam and Connor went home and then as they ate dinner Adam said to his brother " Good job how does it feel to know this now " with Connor grinning before he said "it feels good " . Later Adam went to bed before he then sent Alice a text that read " I Love You" .
