At the same time that Adam was being attacked by his grandfather Dante was at the bar sipping on some soda as he was looking through his notebook on different skills and items that could help bolster his power to a higher level of use and so the current page he was looking at was on a skill known as the "Merciless Chain Bombardment " which was where Dante could use the chains he formed from his energy to assault the enemy or multiple enemies with attacks from any direction while he was attacking as well and so as his interest was piqued Dante thought to himself " This looks interesting and oh this looks good as well " as he was looking down the page he saw a item that looked useful to him which was a small medallion with a black lion's head on it.
So as he was intrigued by it Dante read about it which read " The Medallion of Domination is a ancient Shadow Item that has been used by several wielders such as Deix , Sarchiux and Auriex which were in the same family . No one knows where it has been but some has said it could be found by the one person worthy of wielding it as it must be in the hands of someone with great dominance over anyone else " and so Dante paid for his drink before he groaned to himself as he cracked his back and said to himself " I HAVE to find this medallion so i'll see if i can sense it " before stepping out to the sidewalk and went into the alley before he focused his energy into the air around him . Soon Dante opened his eyes and said " Gotcha " as he teleported out of the area with his body turning into smoke before he emerged at the location of the medallion.
So then as he walked into the shop Dante felt a very powerful presence from the item in question as it was sitting on a case in the middle of the room and so as he walked over to it a woman asked " what might i do for you young man ?" before Dante smiled and asked " How much for this medallion m'am ?" with the woman saying " Well i wouldn't sell it as i don't see anyone being able to wear it but i can see you having it so it's free for you " which Dante was shocked at but recovered and said " Well thanks Ma'm i will take great care of it " and as he took the medallion he concentrated his energy into the item which made it glow and a pulse of power erupted from his location which at the same time Adam felt and woke up with a gasp as he felt that powerful pulse and a message in his mind which said " Be Ready My Other Half " .
Dante then headed to the park where he then sat down and opened his notebook before looking through it again and found two more items that could make him more powerful which were the Scythe of Despair and the Sword of Carnage which were two weapons used by unknowingly his whole self's ancestor known as Corouth the Overlord who was known for his usage of both weapons in his slaughtering of many of the Shadow People's enemies such as the Lords of Flame and the Lust Queens who wanted any chances to get vengeance on the Shadow People . Once he found out about these weapons Dante then closed his eyes before he was in front of the manor where he knew Draiux was and so he walked into the main room where he found the man of the hour just meditating for the moment .
So then he asked " Yo Old Man i need your help !" and as Draiux turned around he raised a eyebrow before asking " Do you need anything important or is there a stupid and ridiculous reason why you interrupted my meditating young one ?" with the dark half of his grandson's soul smirking before he said " Do you know where the Scythe and Sword are ? i mean they are powerful weapons and i feel they could help me out " before Draiux said " There might be two places where they could be so here check these shops out " and then put his hand on Dante's head before he transferred the knowledge of where they could be and so Dante nodded and headed out to the locations . The first place didn't seem to have a aura around it which annoyed Dante but at the last moment his head switched to the second shop which was brimming with dark energy .
So he then moved over to the shop and walked into it before he saw with his eyes widening both weapons positively glowing with light which blinded him for a moment and so as he moved over to them Dante touched the sword which was a O-Katana type sword before it glowed and a voice that sounded majestic and deep said " Dante Scott you have been chosen to be the wielder of both this mighty weapons and the one next to it as you show strength and determination to be more than just your dark self but be the one to test your other half's strength so wield these beauty's with pride and power young one " .
Then Dante fell unconscious as the weapons were placed in his body before he was suddenly awakened in his room and so he then said "Man that was crazy ".
