Anyway now that it was Valentine's day Adam was preparing the surprise he had been forming for his girlfriend and so as he got up that morning he then thought to himself as he was getting dressed for his workout " OK so first i'll take Alice out to breakfast and then we'll maybe go to the park or watch a movie depends on what she wants to do and then we'll see what happens next " before he headed out to the street and then began to stretch for the time being as he was fiddling with his music before selecting " DNA" by Kendrick Lamar and then got onto the street before running down the road while keeping a eye out for any cars coming near him or behind him and so as he reached the corner he then turned and headed down that way before reaching a small bench.
He then sat down to catch his breath before he then sighed and then got up and went to his house as he then headed to the workout room where he then got shirtless as his body liked it when the air hit it before Adam then grabbed the bar and then lifted it to do his morning pull ups for the time being . Once he was done with that Adam was about to do his reps on the bar with the weights on it before he saw Alice walk into the room and so he kissed her forehead before he said " you OK babe ?" with Alice nodding and said in return " just wanted to see what you wanted to do for the morning after all " . So as Adam got showered and changed he then said to his girlfriend as she sat on his bed " so i was thinking we could go to the Cafe for breakfast if you wanted or i mean if you got some place in mind we could do that"
There was a small moment before he said " i am up for whatever you want to do " which Alice smiled at before saying " i'm OK with the cafe i mean it's nothing big or anything you know i enjoy spending any day with you really " as she was blushing at the same time which Adam chuckled at before they got their footwear on and then were soon sitting in the car on the way to the Cafe before sitting down and looking through the menu . The waitress came over and asked " what can i do for you two today ?" with Adam saying in response " I'll take a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich please " as well as Alice saying " i'll take a coffee too and a cinnamon roll please " before the waitress saying " OK for the breakfast sandwich what do you want ? we have sausage , bacon , or Taylor ham on eggs and cheese " .
Adam then replied " I'll take sausage on the sandwich please " to which the waitress said " alright coming up " as she walked away to the kitchen while Adam said " so how do you want to spend this great holiday today ?" with Alice thinking for a while before she said " we could take a walk for a while and think of other things we could do how about that ?" to which Adam smiled and then said " sure i have no problems with that " as the drinks came and the waitress said " the food will be right here soon " . Once the food was at the table Adam took some sips of his drink before saying " so want to know something that i haven't told anyone before now ? it's nothing weird but it's kinda personal " with Alice raising her eyebrow before saying " sure go ahead " .
So then Adam said " there was a time when i fell into a deep place in sophomore year after my grandparents died and i didn't know how to get out as they had been one of my inspirations for some of my interests you know ? so then i were trying to find something to help me get out and so i had been talking to the therapist i went to who told me to keep them in my memories and so i was able to get out of that place " and as she heard this Alice squeezed her boyfriend's hand before she said " i think they would be proud of you " with a smile on her face . They finished their food before paying for it and then headed out to the car before going to the park . As Adam and Alice sat down in the bench at the park Adam wrapped his arm around his girlfriend's waist before she snuggled into his chest and they relaxed for the next few minutes.
At the same time the cool air hit their bodies and made them feel good until Alice asked " so what is the number one place you want to go to after high school and college ? i can tell you mine which is California or somewhere else " and Adam chuckled before he said " i don't know maybe New York or someplace that makes me feel like myself you know ?" which Alice nodded at and so they laid on the bench for the rest of their time at the park before heading to Adam's house and sitting down on his bed. Adam pulled his girlfriend onto his lap before they made out for some time and as Adam's hands wandered down to Alice's back he tickled her which made her laugh for a few minutes before she smiled down at him and they kissed again before Adam led Alice to the kitchen.
So as they heated up a frozen pizza Adam and Alice stood by the oven before Adam asked " you happy babe ? like am i a good boyfriend to you ?" with what seemed like nervous tone in his voice and so Alice squeezed his hand before nodding and kissing him before she said " of course babe i enjoy being with you " and as they ate the pizza Adam said to Alice " I know the recent events have been nuts but i promise things will be clearer " with Alice nodding her head and saying " it's OK i understand and i'll be there for you " before they spent the time together just cuddling until Alice went home .Then Adam did his normal routine before going to bed .
