As Adam was learning about himself he was also doing some good steps to get to know Alice some more and see where this could go and so as he was heading to the shower that morning after having gotten up and grabbed some clothes Adam then sent a message to Alice that read " so did you hear that there's a dance coming up soon ?" before he turned on the water and then hopped into the water for his morning shower for the time being and as he then stepped out of the water Adam got dried off and dressed in his clothes before he saw that Alice had sent back her response which was " Yeah why do you want to go?" before he sent " yeah i mean would you want to go with me ?"and then grabbed his bag before heading to the kitchen for some food .
As Adam dished some food onto his plate he looked at his brother before asking " so you going to the dance that's coming up?" with Connor looking up and said " maybe i don't know if it's my thing you know ?" as Adam sat down with his plate before he ate some of the toast and eggs for the next few minutes while he read Alice's answer which was " meet me at school and i'll let you know what the answer be " which made him smile before he finished his food and headed out to the car where he plugged in his phone before he turned on the car while Connor sat in the passenger seat and then headed out to school before they stood outside the car and then walked towards their lockers . Adam was standing at his locker while holding his books for his later classes when he smelled a perfume that he had recently gotten used to which was vanilla and cinnamon.
So then as he turned around and saw Alice standing next to him with a smile he said " hey sorry for not noticing you i was kinda busy " with a sheepish look on his face which Alice smiled at before she said " it's OK i was just thinking about this dance and i wanted to say that yes i would like to go with you if you want to go with me ?" before Adam smiled and nodded as he replied " of course i would " as he squeezed her hand which made her blush in return before they headed to their classes for the morning . The day was going by and so as Adam walked into his fourth class which was his gym period he got dressed and then headed out to the gym before meeting up with Charlie who fist bumped him and then ruffled his hair which annoyed Adam in a good way.
Then Charlie said " you going to the dance ? i'm asking Maya to the dance later and i can see if she has any friends that want to go with you?" before Adam shook his head and replied " no i asked Alice and she accepted to go with me " with a smile on his face which made Charlie grin and so he patted Adam on the back before the class began . Once it was time for lunch Adam sat down with his food before he noticed the table that was selling tickets and so he said " i'm going to get our tickets OK ?" to Alice who nodded with a smile as she said " sure go ahead i'll be here " and so Adam walked to the table before he said " Hi can i get two tickets please ?" before the two teens who were taking the money smiled before the young man said " sure here you go " as he handed Adam his tickets.
After that the young teen handed over the money and then walked back to the table as he then sat down before showing Alice their tickets . She hugged him and whispered " this will be fun i know it " which made Adam smile and so they got caught up in their classes for the afternoon before Adam headed to the locker room and then got dressed before meeting up with Charlie as they waited for the practice session to start. Adam was running down the back of the school with his earbuds in while the team was doing their laps for the morning and as he caught up with Charlie he said " you doing all right man ? like you keeping up so far ?" before Charlie nodded and said " yeah just thinking to myself you know ? how you doing so far ?" with Adam saying " yeah let's go forward and finish this" before they headed up to the team and they slowed down for some breathing before they sat down and the team began to do their stretches for the moment .
Once they were done with their exercises for the day Adam then got showered and dressed before he grabbed his bag and asked " Dude you need a ride home ?" to Connor who stayed after for getting help with his homework and so Connor nodded before he said " sure i mean you drive me home anyway " with a smirk on his face which amused Adam and so they headed home before the young man worked on his homework for the first hour with his music playing through the den . Once he was done with his work Adam then went to his room before he then worked on his meditation for the next few hours while also working on his weapon forging skills before it was time for dinner .
So then Adam headed to the dinner table before sitting down and taking some food onto his plate before digging in . As he ate his food Adam told his parents about what he was doing with Sarah which impressed them and Kara said " well we will support you and hope you won't get hurt " which made Adam smile before he finished his food and then headed to the den before working on his skills some more before going to bed .
