So as Jakiux led Adam and Alice to the backroom where there were uniforms for the two of them he asked " so what are you two doing of now ? like are you guys here for a trip or for some big purpose you know ?" with Adam saying " well my parents were the former king and queen and i have been training under Sarah so she asked if i wanted to come here and see what it's like you know ? plus i also wanted to increase my skills and see if i can improve in some way " with Alice adding " I want to see if there's any way i can get stronger while i'm here too as Adam asked me if i wanted to come " and Jakiux nodded before he said" alright that sounds all and good so i'll take you to the training area while my assistant Laina takes over teaching you " as he pointed to Alice "some new skills is that sounding OK ?" .
Adam then nodded with a smile and they both got dressed in their uniforms which were white with the Shadow People's sign on the back . Alice was approached by Laina who was a young woman with green eyes and silver hair which was in a dreadlocks style as well as a muscled body and a warm yet serious air around her and so she said " Hi there you must be Laina ?" which the aforementioned woman smiled at and said " Yes i am her and you must be Alice Master Jakiux told me about you a few moments ago so i'll be teaching you about Shadow Spells you can learn is that OK ?" before Alice smiled eagerly and nodded with a bow .
So then Laine led her to the library where they sat down in separate seats and Laina said " so first i'm going to check your body out to see if we can tell what spells or abilities you are suited for and then find any useful spells or skills for you OK ?" with Alice nodding in return before she said " Let's do this " as Laina got out of her seat and then laid her hand on Alice's shoulder as her hand glowed for a few moments while Laina's eyes were closed and once she was done Laina woke up before she sat down and said " You seem to be suited for Destruction and at the same time Healing spells and so we'll find any good spells for you to use before we do anything else " with Alice saying " sure thing let's do this " before getting out of her seat and picking out two books on Destruction and two books on Healing spells .
Alice found a bunch of spells that looked interesting for her to use such as the Magma Destruction which was in latin " Aqua perditionem devorans" and the Shadow Sickle Spell which was "Falcem umbra Cantatio" and so Aiice committed them to memory before she said " so how do i use these spells ?" with Laina walking over to her and said in a relaxed tone " Ok so first think of the image in your mind and then say the words firmly and clearly before you then channel your energy through your body and then let it rip" as Alice moved over to the empty part of the room where Laina conjured a dummy and then a barrier to keep the Library from getting damaged before Alice thought to herself of a ball of Magma and then channeled the energy to her hand as she said " Aqua perditionem devorans !" in a clear and firm voice .
Then a reddish orange ball formed in her hand and she fired it off before it struck the target and incinerated it to a crisp which made Alice whoop with joy and Laina smiled in her mind as she said " Good job now let's find some Healing spells so you can try them out as well". At the same time Adam stood in front of Jakiux with a smile on his face as Jakiux was on one knee with his breath coming out of his mouth and a proud tone on his face as he said " Great job kid you're skills are getting there and you managed to get me done to my knee so let's go maybe two more times and then we'll see what we can do next " before he ran towards Adam who leaped to the side before lashing out with a back fist to Jakiux's chest which knocked him back.
This allowed Adam to gain the advantage which he took and then delivered some punches to Jakiux's face before knocking him on his butt and said " I win " as his fists were on his face which made Jakiux smile and so they got up before Alice walked out and kissed her boyfriend as she said " I got some new spells and i can destroy and heal " which impressed Adam and he said " good job you can show me later OK ?" with Sarah walking towards them and said " Now you guys ready to go now ?" with Jakiux saying " he is good and i hope to see him again is that good with you ?" which Sarah nodded at and she said " it's cool with me i don't think Adam has any problems with it " while Alice smiled and said " I want to come back too " before they all headed out and then went to the diner for some food .
Once they sat down Adam asked " so how did you do during your training for the last few hours ? like did you learn anything good that you think you'll find useful ?" with Alice nodding and sipping some coffee before she said " Yeah i learned some new spells and i hope to be able to use them in the field but how did you do ?" before Adam sipped some of his own drink as he said " I learned how to amplify my combat skills by enhancing my hand to hand skills with energy to project it as a shock wave and knock enemies back " which impressed Sarah and so they ate their food which came soon and then they paid for the meals before going to the hotel and then they relaxed for the next few hours before they decided to hit the hay .
