Everybody in the dining room gasped. Mom's face is the face any parent would give when they found out their daughter is pregnant. She treated Tippy as her own daughter too, as my real sister, even though she calls her Missus instead of Mom.

I put the fork down, "Are you serious?"

"What? Don't tell me you seriously thought we went to that baby aisle for the both of you?"

"No! But–I've already had the thought of you being pregnant.. but I didn't know it's really real!"

"Of course it's real silly."

"Well, sorry, I mean, I've known you two for pulling pranks on me before." I said with a chuckle, "BUT SERIOUSLY I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU GUYS!!"

Shawn blinks a couple of times as if he can't believe there's going to be a baby in the family, "I'm gonna be an uncle?" He asks in a voice that is just pure innocence.

"Also the Godfather my man." Sam answers, "You too May. Godmother."

"And Mrs. Archer and you, Aunt Mary are going to be grandmaaaaaas!"

"Well, I'm not saying I'm not!! I am your second mother anyways." Mom cheerfully said.

"Time goes by so fast huh?" Aunt Mary replied then looked at Shawn and I, "What about you two?"

"What?!"

"Yeah sweetie, what about you and Shawn? When are you two going to give me my grandchildren?"

"MOM!!!"

"What, I'm just curious."

"You've asked that before and I believe Shawn already answered it!"

"It's not bad to ask again. Is it?"

"Well.. May and I are really still planning things." He looks at me and holds my hand on the table.

I look back at him, nervously. He rubs his thumb on my skin. There's quietness in the room, they're all eyes and ears to him.

"But you can assure yourself that I'll end up with your daughter. She's perfect in every way, she's fierce yeah, but that's what makes her even challenging and I don't just go down with giving up a fight."

"Are you saying your vows already Shawn?" Tippy jokes that made them all laugh.

"Not yet but trust me, my vows will be long enough to make a song."

At that very moment, everything seemed to have slowed down. Eventually putting a smile on my face.. and a blushing cheeks.

After dinner and some cleaning, Tippy and Sam went home. Mom and Aunt Mary both went to their beds, Shawn and I are already upstairs, about to part our ways.

"Aren't you going to kiss me?" He asks before I could even get inside.

I walked towards him with a smile, then he grabbed my face and kissed me softly.

"Thanks for today." He whispers.

"Thank you too Love. Goodnight!"

He took me by my wrist before I could completely go back to my room.

"One last kiss before going to bed."
