They leave the hospital and head home to get ready for Sofia's party.
She wanted her favourite restaurant to cater, so that's exactly what they did. They had a moonwalk, a water slide, plus their swimming pool.
All of their friends and family would be there, and Jessica thought about maybe announcing the pregnancy.
"Hey Dan, I was gonna tell everyone about the baby coming home, but what do you think about telling them about the twins?"
"Yeah, we might as well since everyone will be here. Plus, I think it will soon be impossible to hide these two little guys." He rubs her stomach.
"You don't know what they are yet, stop acting like you do!"
"Woah. Snappy!" His eyes widen.
She chuckles and says, "Anyway. You think it would be like taking the attention away from Sofia?"
"Of course not! She'd love it! I mean, you can ask her, but I think she'll be fine. You announced you were pregnant at Jackson's birthday party."
Jessica laughs and says, "Oh that's right.. Jesus Christ, these people are gonna think I'm nuts! That was only like six months ago that I announced that I was pregnant!"
"We work fast."
"Shut up!" She laughs and hits his arm as she walks off.
"Sof, come here, baby."
Sofia walks over to her and they both sit on the couch.
"I was just wondering how you would feel if we told everyone about the babies at the party, today?"
"Sure! I figured you would. I want all my friends to know!"
Jessica smiles and rubs her hand on her thigh.
"Okay, well good! I love you, beautiful."
"I love you too." She hugs Jessica and lays on her.
Sofia's hand was on Jessica's stomach and she said, "I can't believe that I'm going to have four brother and sisters."
"I know, we're gonna have to get a bigger house!"
"Ah mom, I hate moving!"
"So do I, but we might just have to."
"Well at least daddy will be there to help this time."
"Yeah..."
"What do you think the babies will be, mommy?"
"I don't know, they have two separate sacs, so we could have two boys, two girls, or one of each."
"When can we find out?"
"Well I'm almost thirteen weeks, so a little over a month, maybe."
"Awe man!"
Jessica laughs and rubs her arm.
They stay there for a while before she looks at the clock and says, you better start getting ready, it's almost party time."
"Yay!" Sofia kisses Jessica's cheek, then takes off upstairs.
She stands up and grabs Jackson, "Jax let's go get you dressed, baby."
Danny walks in and sees her carrying him and raises his voice, "Jessica put him down!"
"Why?!"
"He's heavy, and you shouldn't be lifting him right now."
"It's okay, I'm fine."
"Jessica, after what happened, I don't want to take any chances with you, will you please just put him down?"
"Alright.."
"I'm only doing this because of you and the babies, not to be mean, you know that, right?"
"Yeah I know.."
They're all ready, and Jessica goes to the baby's nursery.
"I can't believe my baby's coming home tomorrow." She smiles.
Jessica packs a few things and picks out her outfit to come home in. It felt as though it would never happen, but now that it was, it was like a dream. She would finally have all three of her babies at home... and two in the oven.

"Jessica come down here! Our baby is official eight years old!" Danny says as he looks at the time.
"My baby girl!" Jessica says in a cute voice as she walks down the stairs.
Sofia smiles and Danny hugs her tight.
"Sofia.. my beautiful baby girl. I remember it like it was yesterday. You took your sweet time coming into this world, you were six days late. Your momma was in labor for twenty seven hours before she was fully dilated, and it took one hour for her to bring you into this world. Now I know that I wasn't the one that went through the pain, but I think I can speak for your mother when I say that you were definitely worth it all."
"Of course!" Jessica smiles.
"Thank you!" Sofia smiles back at her.
Jessica watched as Danny kissed Sofia's head, and felt so happy.
