M & Em (Mika Fanfiction - English version)

Fashion show

Emília spent the rehearsal all over the piano shaking her legs to the rhythm of the music. Most of the time Mika was sitting at the piano, because that was how he was going to act, but at other times he was dancing like an idiot. He has feeling much better after that moment with Richard.

They finished the rehearsal and went to the hotel to have diner. On the way, Emília made one of her quick calls back to Portugal and once again Mika got into the conversation with a hello. This time the "hello" sounded different because he had already seen the people on the other side. They arrived at the fashion shwo and Mika had to go backstage to open the show.

Mika: Does anyone wants to come with me to backstage?

Lola: I'll stay here in the front seat.

Emília: I'm not going to say no to backstage at a men's fashion show am i?

Richard: Well ... So ... I'll stay with Lola so she will not be alone.

Emília: Do you guard me my seat?

Richard: Of course.

Mika put her arm around Emília's shoulders and they went backstage. There it was all in a "organized confusion." Men in very unusual outfits pacing around and among these people was Guido.

Mika: Guido!

Guido turned and saw them, smiled and called them with his hand. With him was a tanned skin man, with very dark eyes, black hair a little standing, a clear suit and he received them with a bright smile.

Guido: Hello! I want to introduce you to my friend Romeo. Romeo, this is Mika, which you already know, and this is Emília, our Portuguese girl.

Romeo: Hello (shakes hands with Mika). It's nice to meet you. You're very talented.

Mika: Thank you. And thanks for the invitation.

Romeu reached out to Emília and she stretched out her hand ready for a hand shake but he grabbed her hand and kissed her.

Romeo: I did not know you but it's a great pleasure to get to know.

Emília wanted to thank him but could not say anything just laughing. It was not every day that a handsome, handsome man kissed her hand with such charm.

Mika: Well, I have to go to the stage. Em?

Emília: Hum ... Yes. I'm going to meet Lola. Are you comming Guido?

Guido: Yes.

Emília: (smiling) Good luck Romeu.

Romeu: Thank you. See you at the end.

Mika: So what about me ?!

Emília went with Guido to sit right on the catwalk side with Lola and Richard.

Emília: Guido, I noticed that Romeo does not speak English as his mother tongue. He has a lot of accent.

Guido: He is Spanish but works in various places in the world. For a good few years he was working in Italy and I got to record some publicity with him. That's where I know him. We ended up being good friends.

Voice off: Para abrir este espectáculo, con ustedes, el cantante Mika*! (* To open this show, with you, the singer Mika)

People began to applaud and Mika appeared on the walkway smiling and sat down at the piano that was already waiting for him. It was a very different spectacle than Emília had already witnessed because it was only Mika and the piano. It was very beautiful to see him alone on stage with the piano. Obviously his band was very good and very important but seeing Mika alone showed how much he could shine. In the end he got up, bowed and said "gracias" to the microphone. Then he left the stage and the models began the parade. Romeo appeared among them.

Emília: (points) Lola, that's who Guido's friend is. It's Romeo.

Lola: Guido is in very good company. It's a shame that he is a model.

Emília: Why ?!

Lola: I do not want to be prejudiced but usually they are gay.

Emília: Do not say that! I really hope not!

Lola: Emília! I can see that the time on the backstage was very well spent!

Emília: Lola, please! He's cute and he was a gentleman, that's all!

Emília rolled her eyes and continued to watch the parade. There were some pretty elegant suits, but also some that were only for art and not for use. Although Mika uses art in the form of suits. At the end of the show all the models passed in line while the public applauded standing. At last the organization of the show appeared, where Romeo was, and also Mika.

Guido: Do ​​you want to come backstage?

Everyone agreed and they went to see Mika on the backstage. There they were all taking makeup, changing hairstyles and clothes and half lost in that world was Mika. Emília waved to him and he came to her.

Emília: Do not look around too much because Richard is watching you.

Mika: I have eyes to see.

Emília: (looks behind Mika) Me too.

When Mika turned around, he noticed that she was looking at Romeo who was approaching them.

Romeo: Congratulations Mika. I really enjoyed listening to you.

Mika: Thank you.

Romeo: Emília, right?

Emília: Yes.

Romeo: I did not asked what do you do.

Emília: Well, I ... I do ...

Mika: The truth is that initially Emília was the brain behind publicity and promotion projects of the tour but now it does much more than that. It doesa littleof  everything.

Emília: But I studied marketing.

Romeo: Okay, I think I figured it out. As much as I love to stay here and talk I really have to go.

Emília: Of course! Your wife must be waiting for you.

Romeo: No, I do not have a wife. (Smiles) Maybe one day. Well, goodbye.

Again he shook Mika's hand and gently grabbed Emília's hand and kissed her.

Mika: I saw what you just did.

Emília: You saw! I just "killed two rabbits with one stone"! I know he's single and he's not gay!

Mika: I'm very surprised with you!
