  "No" I said to Draco

  "You said the next time I could tell someone, the next time is now" he placed his hands on my shoulders "this isn't right, what if you get detention again and it's a full moon? He's going to severely hurt you that way and I'm not letting that happen"

  "If I tell he's going to know it was me, I don't want things to get worse"
I felt my body giving in and my legs became weak
  "I need to sit down" I said falling to the ground

Draco caught me and helped me to the wall
He sat down beside me
  "This is why we are going to Dumbledore. He doesn't care how hurt you get but I do. Cora you don't deserve this, I couldn't stop Corban from hurting you before but I will be damned if you continue to suffer. If I can, I will stop it and talking to Dumbledore will stop it from happening"

  "Or I just ignore it" I said "Draco I don't want an enemy"

  "You already have one, he's not going to get better he's going to get worse if we don't say something. Cora I don't want to see you hurt, it physically pains me to see you like this"

I took a deep breath
  "What if I deserve this though?"

  "You don't" Draco said without a doubt "you don't deserve this treatment, you don't deserve any of the bad things that have happened to you"

  "Will you stay with me while I talk to Dumbledore? Even if he kicks you out?"

Draco took my hand
  "I will stay with you no matter what. I'm not letting you be alone, I am here for you" he kissed the top of my head and then stood up "let's go discuss this with him"

I grabbed his hand and he helped me to stand
My legs were weak still but we walked slowly towards Dumbledore's office
When we arrived, we didn't know the password so we just started naming different snacks and candies until Nearly Headless Nick floated by us

  "He's not in tonight" he said "he's off doing an errand"

Draco sighed
  "When will he be back?"

He shrugged and then his head half fell off
  "Tomorrow afternoon is what I heard"

Draco looked at me
  "We come back tomorrow during lunch ok?"

I nodded my head and walked back to my common room with Draco
He hugged me goodnight and I walked through the portrait after saying the password

The room felt warm when I walked in, I saw the fire blazing in the corner of my eye
I also saw a body laying down on the couch

I walked over and saw he was sleeping
His breathing was steady, he must have just fallen asleep recently
I kissed his cheek and then began stroking his hair
I let strands fall through my fingers, feeling his soft red hair touch each of my nerves on my hand

  "You're so sweet for staying up for me" I said softly to him "I'm back now you can go upstairs"

He slowly began opening his eyes
  "Hey Love, I didn't mean to fall asleep" he got up and stretched "I wanted to wait for you to get back"

I smiled
  "I'm sorry I took so long"

  "What did you have to do for detention?" He asked

I looked at him puzzled
He had Hermione's pin on
I laughed softly
  "You caved I see"

  "For information about you I did" he sat up and motioned for me to sit with him
I did and then sank into his chest

  "Nothing difficult" I said to him, trying to avoid telling him about Moody

  "Nothing difficult from an ex Auror? What are you not telling me?" He asked stroking my hair now

  "I don't want you to worry about me. I have it under control"

He lightly pushed me off his chest and then turned to me
  "What's wrong?"

  "Nothing"

He scrunched his eyebrows
  "Cora, why are you lying to me?"

  "Tell me what you have been doing and I'll tell you what I've been doing"

He sighed and let me back onto his chest
He wrapped his arms around me and kissed the top of my head
  "It's embarrassing to tell you...you know the money we won during the cup?"

  "Yes"

  "It was leprechaun gold...it wasn't real. We thought it was until it disappeared the next day. We've been writing to Bagman about it for weeks, and demanding he pays what he owes us. We've even resorted to threatening him"

I looked up at his face and he was staring into the fire pit
  "I'm so sorry, I know you had big plans for that money...has he been ignoring you completely?"

He nodded his head
  "We aren't giving up though, we will get what we are owed. Now you're turn"

I explained to him all that's happened so far with Moody and how tonight went
I felt his hand clench behind my back and I watched as his once calm face became tense

  "And Dumbledore isn't around right now?"

  "No, he's coming back tomorrow"

  "And you are definitely going to him tomorrow right? Draco is making sure of that?"

I nodded my head
  "I'm sorry I didn't tell you...I felt like I deserved how I was being treated"

  "You never deserve to be treated that way, by anyone. Cora I want you to tell me when things like this happen, you trust me don't you?"

  "Of course I do, I just didn't want to make it a big deal...I'm afraid he'll make things worse for me if I do. Thats what Corban did"

He began rubbing circles on my back
I felt instantly calmer the moment he did
  "If Dumbledore is involved he won't" his hands were so warm on my very cold body. He grabbed a blanket from behind us and wrapped it around my body and his. With his warm body and his hand on my back I couldn't help my eyes from closing. "Cora there is something I have to tell you"

That was the last thing I remembered
Him rubbing my back put me to sleep almost instantly
I felt him kiss the top of my head, and continue to rub my back soothingly until I felt nothing anymore
No pain from the moon
No thoughts of Moody
Just thoughts of Fred and how he made me feel...loved
