The car journey was swift and soon the couple reached the villa entrance. Just as Lisa drove the car into the courtyard, a courier guy ran over to them while carrying a box.
"Hello. Are you Ms. Sana? This is your package." The courier guy gazed at Irene as she got out of the car. His tone was careful and nervous, as if waiting for something.
Sana? Who?
Irene accepted the package and glanced at the address and contact number stated on it. A theory formed within her mind. This Sana was probably that lustful ghost caught by the black cat previously.
"I have helped you check the status of the remaining 2 international parcels. They will only arrive at our distribution centre tomorrow. I'll bring them over at that time." The courier guy continued.
"Oh, okay, I got it. Thank you." Irene nodded her head. She wondered secretly to herself when courier services became so outstanding to additionally help to check the delivery status of parcels.
"You-...you are not Ms. Sana?" The courier guys' expression froze for a moment before asking.
"Nope." Irene shook her head.
"Then... is she currently not home?" The courier guy asked with his face blushing red. His gaze was evasive but at the same time, it contained some hope.
At this time, Lisa turned around to look over and was faced with the sight of a courier guy looking as if he was in love with an infatuated expression on his face. Lisa's brows immediately furrowed and almost lost control of his Ephialtes' powers.
Chills ran down the infatuated courier guy's body as he suddenly felt extremely cold.
Irene spotted dark energies suddenly dispersing into the air. She turned around in bewilderment to take a look at Lisa.
Lisa restrained his emotions and pretended that nothing happened. He walked over and put his arm around her shoulders. He asked, "What are you guys talking about?"
"Nothing much. Just signing and accepting a parcel." She raised the package in her hand up slightly to show Lisa.
"Sana? Is it that woman?" He raised his brow.
"Yep." She smiled and nodded. Even though the both of them did not explicitly state out the 2 words "lustful ghost", it was apparent that they knew that the only thing in this villa that could shop online was that lustful ghost.
"Do you need her to come personally to sign for the package?" Irene did not forget the courier guy's question from earlier on. She thought that the courier guy had asked whether Sana was around because he needed Sana to personally sign for the package receipt.
"If... it's possible." The courier guy did not feel cold anymore. When he heard Irene's words, his face became flushed red again as he rubbed his hands together subconsciously.
This time round, Lisa's Ephialtes' powers were stable and no longer flared up. After all, the actual target that the courier guy was infatuated with, was another person.
"This might not be possible. Otherwise, could you deliver the parcel on another day?" Irene wanted to hand the parcel back to the courier guy when she finished her words.
"No... it's alright. You can sign on her behalf instead." The courier guy immediately rejected the suggestion. His face was filled with panic and embarrassment. Seeing the owner of the parcel was simply a personal wish of his after all.
He started to frequently deliver parcels over to this villa about a month ago. The owner of these parcels was a lady called Sana. Every day when he was out delivering parcels, as long as there were Sana's parcels amongst his delivery list on that day, she would definitely call him early in the morning, and remind him in a gentle and courteous way to not place the parcels in the courier box. Instead, she would request for him to deliver them directly to the main gate of the villa.
