Some say that when the snow melts, it becomes spring, and when the greenery of spring is so thick it almost drips ink, then it's time for summer. Summer in Haicheng has always been hot but bright. If Lisa had to pick a favorite season, it would definitely be summer because that's when he met Irene.

The school bell rang, and the teaching building at Haicheng University suddenly trembled as if shaken. Lisa stood up straight and looked toward the building as a wave of students poured out, quickly engulfing him. Yet, every person passing by would instinctively glance at him, and once they took in his appearance, they couldn't help but exclaim, "So handsome," regardless of their gender.

Boys admired Lisa's aura, while girls were captivated by his good looks. However, despite this, no one dared to approach him. Lisa exuded a coldness that seemed almost tangible, a chill that made even the hot summer air around him feel cool. What they didn't know was that this tangible coldness was indeed caused by something real-Lisa's power from his nightmares. After transforming the magic seal, Lisa had gained full control of his nightmare power. It no longer made him seem menacing, nor did it cause sleepless nights, but he still habitually allowed some of it to leak out, surrounding him.

Then-

"Dearest Husband."

Upon hearing this soft call, Lisa's cold expression melted like ice into a gentle spring. Irene ran through the crowd with a light step, rushing into Lisa's arms. Lisa wrapped his arms around her waist, smiling. The spring turned into summer, bright and dazzling.

Following Irene were her three dormmates. They had seen Lisa's transformation many times, but every time, they couldn't help but click their tongues in disbelief. In their hearts, they screamed: "A man who only smiles for his girlfriend-he's my dream guy! KSWL!" (Knock Sweet Love Down!)

By now, Lisa was used to these mental comments and remained unbothered. He released Irene, gave the three girls a slight nod, and greeted them calmly.

"Irene, how do you always spot your husband right away?" Rosé couldn't help but ask.

Since the second semester of her freshman year, Lisa had frequently appeared at Haicheng University, especially on holidays, to pick Irene up. No matter how crowded it was, Irene always spotted him at a glance, like she had some kind of radar.

"Because he's so dark," Irene replied.

A glint of amusement flashed in Lisa's eyes.

"He's not that dark!" Jennie couldn't help but protest.

Irene just chuckled without further explanation. Lisa suddenly turned, picked up a gift bag from a nearby bench, and pulled out three beautifully wrapped boxes of chocolates, handing one to each of them.

The three girls were momentarily stunned.

"Thanks, but it's Irene's birthday today. We should be the ones giving gifts," Joy said.

They had prepared gifts but planned to celebrate Irene's birthday at a restaurant near the school later. Before they could grab their gifts, Lisa had already come to pick her up.

"Wedding favors," Lisa said softly, though the smile in his eyes was evident to all.

"!!!" The three girls froze.

"Let's go," Lisa said, taking Irene's hand.

"Okay," Irene nodded and then turned to her roommates, "I might miss the first class in the afternoon. If there's a roll call, help me out."

"You're still coming back to class?" Rosé stammered.

"Yeah, I haven't gotten your gifts yet," Irene laughed as she pulled Lisa along, heading out of the school.
